Hehehehe--yes, it is an adorable little dark streak. I love how Dooku's richness is so appealing, and how he is looking for a really elaborate plan.
Well, it has to be elaborate. He is an evil genius Sith-Lord. They all seem to have these immense, elaborate, malevolent plots.

Poor Palpy's having Padme problems. Serves him right.
He'll always have them until she's dead. And then he has her children to deal with, so that's another problem.

Er… sorry it’s been so long… seems being chancellor is actually like hard...
Mood: Frustrated 
So the annoying queen lasted far too long for my taste. She stayed in for two whole terms as the monarch of Naboo. Why didn’t I see this coming? Oh... um... of course I saw this coming. It was better to have the little upstart off in her own little world where she couldn’t annoy me.
Unlike now.
Ahem.
So there’s a new pesky queen. That’s okay. At least she hasn’t stopped a blockade and gained the favor of all of her subjects for years to come. But she has done something rather annoying.
You see, pesky queen #2 nominated pesky queen #1 to be the Senator from Naboo.
Do you see where this is going?
Yes... now pesky queen #1 is the pesky Senator from Naboo.
That means she gets to be in the Senate with me.
Goody.
So now I have to see her on a daily basis and pretend that I like her. I like her well enough when she’s doing what I want her to do, but that hardly ever happens. She’s so annoying sometimes. She wants the galaxy to be some happy, peaceful place where everyone has an equal chance at everything in life. La de da.
She’s soooooo naive. Why can’t she see that power is what really matters and that I want ALL of it. At least her naiveté makes her not suspect that I’m up to anything.
Now I have to figure out a way to get rid of the pesky former-queen turned senator for good.
Off to plan more of my evil plot to take over the galaxy.

Okay, so the annoying former-queen turned senator has just really gotten my Odupiendo. She and her little goody-goody comrades seem to think that the galaxy should be all happy and beautiful and serene. She’s been spending too much time at Lake Country on Naboo. As for the other senators... they must be on some kind of spice.
They’ve formed a “Loyalist” committee that opposes the Separatists. This is good. It creates division in the senate and they’re all too stupid to see the cracks that I’m driving throughout the foundations of the Republic.
Hm... this is also good because I can kill her off! I know! It’s so exciting! I totally planned it this way.
Now I can make it look like she was killed off because of this little committee she’s formed!
I love it when things work out. Because I planned them that way, of course.
More soon once she’s dead.

I totally agree with KELIA! You write this so well, and the irony and forshadowing is killing me. Yeah, I bet Padme is getting on his nerves she's supose to isn't she?  . Anyway, great story and I can't wait for another update.
