replying to the post I missed, went up the coast for a few days.
Yoda said “full of anger, full of fear he is.”
Obi-Wan said “I know and I am giving him meditating lessons but they need some improvement. I will work with him on that.”
Yoda said “wait I will.”
Yoda should keep an eye on both of them because Obi-Wan will be devastated
when Anakin turns. 
Obi-Wan treasured those memories. They would forever remain with him; memories of a master who had been like a father to him. And he heard the soft chuckle ‘yes Padawan, I was a maverick Jedi but they all loved me.’ And he thought ‘yes master, I had to let go of you but I still miss you. But I know you are guiding me towards my destiny and helping me. I remember all those wise words and lessons and they have become part of me.’
He at least will always have those good memories. 
He saw his lightsaber laying on the desk and remembered where he had made it ‘in the Hall of Sabers guided by Qui-Gon, just like the first time when I visited the crystal cave on Ilum. Yes Anakin, you will – like me – complete your first lightsaber on Ilum.'
With that thought he closed his eyes and heard the soft words in his mind ‘yes my Padawan follow your heart.’
Obi-Wan fell asleep and somewhere in the Force a master smiled.
Oh wonderful images of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan, and I so want Anankin to change his ways.

Thanks for this wonderful and warm story ending!
I loved that story because it showed the very Obi I missed in the PT.

As you know, i've been away from the boards for a while... so i made sure to catch up with this one immediately upon my return.
Wonderfully written. Your tales capture much beauty... and the artwork was the perfect bonus!

Valairy_Scot Aw, Obi's giving away his riverstone. Sweet and yet not. Let's hope Ani comes to cherish it as much as Obi has.
