	Fall of the Jedi Chapter One:Mace vs. Sidious -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Palpatines Office Mace couldn't help but laugh. One minute he and three other Master's were going to Palpatines to talk to him, the next second they were about to arrest him. Because while bording their Gunship to Palpatines, Anakin Skywalker ran up to him and told him about Palpatines secret idenity. Now they were walking through the Seneate Building. Walking through the doors, Mace saw Palpatine turn around in his chair. "Master Windu, I take it that General Grevious is dead. I must say that your sooner than expected." Palpatine inquired, scowling. "In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic, you are under arrest, Chancellor." Mace said, while he, Kit Fisto, Saesee Tiin, and Agen Kolar unhooked their lightsaber's and activated them. "Are you threatning me, Master Jedi?" Palpatine asked menacingly. "The Senate will decide your fate." Mace stated. "I am the Senate!!" Palpatine said, his voice growing with menace. "Not yet!" Mace said sternly. "It's treason then." Palpatine said slowly, when suddenly a lightsaber appeared from his sleeves. He activated his Red Lightsaber, and with a beastly yell, he lepped forward. All Jedi came to attention at once. But Palpatine was too fast. He stabbed Master Kolar in the midsection, before fluidly turning towards Saesee Tin and slashing him on the chest. Kit and Mace were on the defence, blocking and spinning, when suddenly Palpatine slashed Kit, and he died with his famous smile. Now Mace was all alone. Backing up into another hall, Mace met Palpatine with his Vaapad. Twisting and turning Mace twirled his lightsaber, blocking and parrying atacks. But soon, Palpatine pointed his lightsaber at Mace. Stabbing forward, Palpatine headed towards Mace. Mace twisted his body, grabbing Palpatines lightsaber hand, and let loose his inner darkness. But soon Palpatine knocked him away. Mace moved around, turning his lightsaber to attack again. But Palpatine used force push on Mace away. Mace stood up, raised his lightsaber above his head. The same for Palpatine. The two exchanged blows, before seperating. Mace was pushing Palpatine back, but Palpatine was jumping around. The two backed up towards the window. With great agility, Mace blocked all of Palpatines blows, in the mean time breaking the large window. Then both of the were fighting their best. But soon Mace got the upper hand and kicked Palpatine in the face, also knocking his lightsaber out of his hand. Palpatine squirmed over towards the edge of the window, with Mace's violet blade down on his neck. "You are under arrest, my lord." Mace said. Suddenly he felt something coming in, with a strong force aura. Mace turned his head towards skywalker. "Anakin, I told you it would come to this! The Jedi are taking over!" Palpatine yelled desperatly. Anakin looked over at Palpatine and glared. "The impression of the Sith will never return! You have lost." Mace snapped. "No, no, no YOU have lost!!" Palpatine yelled unleashing powerful force lightning at Mace Windu. Caught unawares, Mace quickly brought his lightsaber up to deflect the lightning with great trouble. "He's a traitor!" Palpatine yelled, trying to get Anakin to help him. "No, he is the traitor! Aghhhhh!!" Mace yelled. "I have the power to save the one you love. You must choose." Palpatine yelled. Anakin showed he was confused and frustrated. "Don't litsen to him Anakin!!" Mace said, now the force lightning reversing back to Palpatine shriviling up his face. "Don't let him kill me." Palpatine pleaded. Anakin looked towards Mace. "I can't hold it any longer, I can't hold it, to weak. Anakin please." Palpatine pleaded, now getting weaker and weaker. Mace finished the lightning, pointing his blade at Palpatine. "I am going to end this! Once and for all!!" Mace said. Anakin looked at hm as if he were crazy. "You can't!" Anakin said, jumping in. Mace turned to him. "He must stand trial!" Anakin told him. "He has control of the Senate and the courts. He's to dangerous to be left alive." Mace explained, getting irritated. "It's not the Jedi way, he must live!" Anakin pleaded. Mace looked back at Palpatine, already coming to a decision. He raised his blade and aimed to strike. "No!!" Anakin yelled igniting his lightsaber to intercept the strike, inly to be blocked by Mace. "Anakin!! Come to your senses." Mace yelled. "All I see is a Jedi trying to assasinate a politician." Anakin yelled back. "Don't make me hurt you." Mace said. Anakin used that as a moment to twist his lightsaber and to kick Mace out the window. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Courscant Sky Mace fell and fell, quickly hooking his lightsaber to his belt, Mace fell into a speeder. "Hey what are you doing!" yelled the Ithorian. "I am Jedi Master Mace Windu. Get me to the Jedi Temple!" 	Chapter Two: Operation:Knightfall The Jedi Temple The speeder made it to the Jedi Temple in little time. Mace jumped out and gave his driver a few credits. "Thank you." Mace thanked. The driver nodded and drove off. Mace ran into the temple, after saying hello to their Gate Master Jurokk. Mace ran into the room of A Thousand Fountains, were Jedi Masters Cin Drallig and Shaak Ti stood. When Shaak Ti looked upon Maces face, she instantly got worried. "Mace what's the matter, did you arrest Palpatine?" she asked. Mace shook his head. "Well, I tried. I beat him in a lightsbaer duel, but right when I was about to finish him, Skywalker came in and attakced me." Mace explained. Cin put a hand on his chin. "Shaak Ti, I think Skywalker has turned to the dark side." Mace said. Shaak Ti gasped. "No!!" she said. Mace stood up straight, before turning towards Cin Drallig. "I want the Security System on, all turrets. I want the Gates Reinforced, and I want every single Padawan and Youngling evacuated to Dantooine, Yavin, Telos, and Ossus. Each escorted by several Knights and Masters." Mace ordered. "And I want a messeage sent to every single Jedi in the war to stay clear of the Clone Troopers, and kill any on sight. They will have to do that if they want to surivive. Then I want them to meet on Dantooine. Now go!!" Mace ordered, as Cin, Bene, Whie, and Serra went to do what needed to be done. "Mace, what's the matter?" Shaak Ti asked. "I think that Palpatines going to use Anakin and the Clone Army against us." Mace said. Shaak Ti sighed. Mace placed a hand on her shoulder. "Shaak Ti, I want you to escort the Jedi out of her." Mace said. Shaak Ti nodded and ran off. Cin Drallig ran up towards him. The transport ships are ready. All the Gates are reinforced, and the Generals are moving away from their clones." Cin said. Mace nodded. Suddenly, a Jedi Knight ran up towards him. "Master Windu, Master Windu!! Theres fighting at the gate. They've breached and are now inside the Temple." the Knight said. Mace turned to Cin Drallig, and activated his Violet Blade. Cin activated his Emerald blade. "Lets hurry." Mace said. The two began to run through the Temple, with a group of about fifty or so Knights. When they reached the area, it was a battle field. Lightsabers and Blasters everywhere. Mace jumped high into the air, beofre rolling on the floor, cutting Troopers legs off. The Temple Security Force were on the job, taking out as many clones as possible. Mace force pushed a trooper onto the wall, before deflecting a blaster shot aimed at his back, redirecting it back to the trooper. Cin slashed a trooper across the chest, before stabbing a trooper from behind. Mace and Cin were now back to back, deflecting blaster bolts. When suddenly, they heard a scream. On a balcony, Mace saw Anakin Skywalker, Jedi Knight, decapitate a Jedi Knight. Growling, Mace jumped onto the balcony, only to find five Jedi dead. "Ah, Master Windu. I wondered if I killled you. Well, this is the end of the Jedi Order!!" Anakin laughed evily. "No, Skywalker, this is your end." Mace said, before going into a Vaapad frenzy. Mace slashed to the left, before spinning his blade, and turning around Skywalker. Anakin simply turned, blocked the slash, and kicked mace off the balcony. Mace turned to the fight, only to find the Jedi retreating from Anakins 51st Legion. Suddenly Cin and Serra ran up. "Master Windu, we are retreating to the Hangars." and with that the two ran off. Mace ran down the hall, when suddenly he saw a Jedi Master Even Piell fighting a squad of ARC Troopers. Mace used the force to speed up, and threw his lightsaber, stabbing a trooper through the back, before using the force to enhance his strength and speed, while punching troopers everywhere. When all the troops were killed, Mace walked up to Even. "Master Piell, we must hurry to the starfighters." Mace said. Even nodded. The two began to run and entered the main hallway, only to be met with Jedi running down it. Deflecting shots from behind while running, Mace and Even ran all with them. Behind them, Jedi Brutes and Jedi Snipes were gaurding the rear. But where being taken out fast by blaster fire, and Vaders lightsaber. Running into the Hangar, HUNDREDS of Jedi Starfighters were taking off. Even jumped in his and headed for Dantooine. Mace stayed with the rear gaurd. Mace turned and saw a few Jedi Gaurds standing at the blast doors, when suddenly they blew open. And standing in the breach was none other than Darth Vader and Commander Appo. The clones behind them let loose a firece barrage of laser fire, which was either deflected or dodged. Mace turned towards a platform opening and ran towards his purple starfighter. When halfway on the bridge, he turned to find Darth Vader behind him. Mace held his lightsaber in the defence position. "Master Windu, you have no idea how long i've wanted to kill you." Anakin said. Mace scowled. "Skywalker, you and your masters reign of terror are going to end. Sooner or later. ANd the Jedi will always be here." Mace said. Right then, he force pushed Ankain away, before jumping in his starfighter, and flying away. Coruscant Space When Mace entered the orbit of Coruscant, he found that most of the Jedi had gone. 	Chapter Three: Order 66 and the Jedi Council Utapua, Pau City Clone Troopers from the 212th Attack Battalion ran through out the vast Capital City of Utapau. Led by the infamous 'Negotiator', the troopers gained more and more ground on the forces of the Confederacy. Obi-Wan stood alone in a tent, when he got the call from the temple. Litsening to what it had to say, Obi-Wan sighed. Why them. Well, things were going to get a bit easier. But, his troops still hadn't turned on him, so he was great. Walking out of the tent, he saw numerous LAAT Gunships throughout the city. Walking over to his trusted friend, Commander Cody, Obi-Wan stopped to look at a Holomap. "General Kenobi. We seem to have taken positions Alpha-beta, but the Seps still control the center of the city. And that control ship." Cody announced, pointing towards the core ship on the wall of the sinkhole. Obi-Wan nodded. "Well, Commander, issue about seventy thousand troops to the tenth level of the facility, bombardment should begin now. I'll lead the attack." Obi-Wan ordered, jumping on Boga. The two raced forth onto a ledge. Watching them go, Cody got a transmission from Coruscant. "My lord?" Cody asked. Palpatine's figure shimmered for a minute. "Commander Cody." Palpatines voice slimy. "Execute Order 66." Palpatine ordered. Cody, under his helmet closed his eyes. He knew what Order 66 was. It In the event of Jedi officers acting against the interests of the Republic, and after receiving specific orders verified as coming directly from the Supreme Commander (Chancellor), GAR commanders will remove those officers by lethal force, and command of the GAR will revert to the Supreme Commander (Chancellor) until a new command structure is established. "Yes my lord, it shall be done." Cody said. He sighed. He would have to kill his best friend, but it was nesseccary for the Republic. Turning to a nerby AT-TE, he flashed the signal for it's main canon to attack Kenobi. The blast went off and Obi-Wan and his Boga fell off the cliff. Falling into the water, the Boga was killed, and Obi-Wan swam towards the edged of the wall. After hours of climbing, Obi-Wan made it back to Pau City, only to have every single Clone Trooper lookign for him. Obi-Wan decided to head for that ship that he was by when he killed Grevious. After running and ducking from squads of Clone's, Obi-Wan made it. Jumping into the ship, he took off without a single clone knowing. Once in orbit, Obi-Wan punched in the coordinates, and went off towards his destination, Dantooine. Mygeeto On one of the many bridges linking to the Mygeetian city, was were the Galactic Marines, led by High General Ki-Adi-Mundi, led the assualt. Running from behind an upstruck part of the bridge, Ki-Adi-Mundi deflected numerous blaster bolts with his Blue Blade. Clone Comander Bacara ran with a squad of Galactic Marines, leaning on one knee and blasting droids with his blaster rifle. Ki-Adi-Mundi backed up towards Bacara. "Commander, we have to get rid of those Tri-Droids. Their taking out most of our heavy fire." Mundi ordered. Bacara nodded. Getting up, he ran towards a UT-AT, jumping on top, he took a misslie launcher, aimed for a nearby Tri-Droid, and shot. The missile took a great hit, and the Tri-Droid fell. Jumping off the tank, Bacara walked towards Mundi. "Problem Solved." Bacara said. Ki-Adi-Mundi nodded. Now, they were pretty close to the city. All around them, Clone Troopers and Marines fell from enslaughts of blaster fire. Ki-Adi-Mundi was agian leading the charge, spinning and twisting his body as to deflect the droids blaster fire long enough for his troops to come. Suddenly, Bacara heard his comlink beep from inside his helmet. "Commander, Execute Order 66." came Plapatines slimey voice. "It will be done." Bacara said. Running up with his group of Marines, they stopped right behind the Jedi. Mundi turned around and gasped. Mace was right. Quickly, Ki-Adi force pushed Bacara out of the way, before using the force to enhance his speed. While running, Mundi cut off several heads, legs, and arms. Jumping to the checkpoint, Mundi saw his blue Jedi Interceptor. Jumping in, he made his way out of the Mygeeto system, and towards Dantooine. Saleucami Jedi Master Stass Allie, rode her BARC Speeder, with her Clone Commander, Neyo and his wingmate, as they scouted a head of the main force. Reciving Palpatines Order 66, the Commander and wingmate began to open fire on Stass. Stass realised that this was what Mace was talking about. Fluidly, he lightsaber came into her hand, and she let her speeder slow down, letting the other pass by, before rekindling her speed. Slashing forth, Stass destroyed Neyo's wingmate, before using the force to knock Neyo off his speeder. Satissfied, Stass made it back to her camp. Only to be attacked by her troopers. Jumping off her speeder two seconds before it blew up. Activating her green blade, Stass decapitated a trooper, before stabbing another from behind. Then, she force pushed another trooper. But suddenly she was bombarded with blaster fire. Deflecting all the shots, Stass used the force to make one of the missile bags explode. In the confusion and burning, Stass made her get away in her green Jedi Interceptor. Heading for Dantooine... Cato Nemoidia Jedi Council Member Plo Koon flew his Delta 7 Jedi Starfighter across one of the many bridge cities of Cato Nemoidia. Captain Jag, one of Koons wingmates, got a message in his new ARC 170. Palpatines hooded and cloaked Holoimage appeared. "Captain, Execute Order 66." Plapatine ordered. "Yes my lord." Jag answered, before him and his wingmate began firing on Koon. Plo senesed something wrong, and instantly pulled his starfighter up, followed closely by Jag. Going up into the atmosphere, Plo recognized a Venator-Class Star Destroyer when he saw one. Flying very closly towards the ship, Plo passed the bridge, with Jag and his wingmate still firing. Plo, having enough of this, turned around and let loose a barrage of Proton Torpedo's. Jag and his wingmate didn't know what hit them until it was over. Plo Koon made it into hyperspace in one peice, headed for Dantooine... Dantooine The sky of Dantooine was filled with Jedi Interceptors and Transports. From all over the Galaxy, Jedi Genrals were running from there troopers here, the the Jedi Enclave. In the main Council Room, stood Hundreds of the remaining Jedi Knights and Masters. In the chairs sat several members of the Jedi Council and the Old Gaurd. Master Yoda, Mace Windu, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Stass Allie, Cin Drallig, Roan Shryne, Plo Koon, A'Sharad Hett, Shaak Ti, Ayala Secura, Luminara Unduili, and Barriss Offee stood. The leaders, Yoda, Mace, and Obi-Wan stepped in front, Yoda infront with Obi-Wan and Mace on his sides. "Jedi Knights, troubled we are, by the Republic. Revealed it is, who the Sith Lord is. Palpatine. Stay together, we msut. Stronger we are together, then scattered. A new Dark Lord has arisen. Anakin Skywalker he is. Destroy the SIth, we must!" Yoda announced. Every single Jedi in the room gasped, except those in the chairs. Mace then steps up. "But in order to face them, we do not have the strength. There are too many clones for only us to stop. We have been talking to Senator Amildala, Mothma, and Organa, who have secretly been creating a Rebellion. We need as many systems to help as possible. But we shall also need many Jedi Strongholds." Mace said, before letting Obi-Wan take the stand. "We shall send task forces to these planets in order to make strongholds and training facilities. The following are:Tatooine, Hoth, Endor, Bespin, Geonosis, Naboo, Null, and Ilum." Obi-Wan explained. "The Jedi Order is being exterminated. And with so many of our gone, we have apointed a new Jedi Council. Yoda, Mace Windu, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Stass Allie, Cin Drallig, Roan Shryne, Plo Koon, A'Sharad Hett, Shaak Ti, Ayala Secura, Luminara Unduili, and Barriss Offee are now the Council Members of the Jedi Order." Serra anounced. The Jedi in the area cheered, before going off on their own. Walking up to Obi-Wan, Yoda sighed.
