	Title: Bounty On A Bounty Hunter and The Death of Commander Cody Author:DarthBane95(Eric) Description: Boba Fett is losing interest in his job as a bounty hunter. Until he re finds out there is a very well paying bounty but the catch is the bounty is on Boba Fett. Boba Fett just finished a relatively easy bounty. There had been a young woman on Alderaan offering more then just hospitality to young men who traveled. But when they tried to leave she killed them. Fett had been hired by Bail Organa, who had complained that this decreases the amount of tourists that stop by, and that this must stop. Boba sighed” There isn’t much action in being a bounty hunter these days. I need more of a challenge, this is just boring.” Although he did receive 4000 credits for his bounty, it didn't make him the least bit happier. The Mandolorian was slugging to the Organa residence where he would drop her off, with the weight of himself his , his armor, and an unconscious woman on his shoulder,he was very sore. He past a Cantina, “maybe I ‘ll come back for a drink after I drop this worthless excuse of human being off". It only took him a half an hour to reach Bail’s place. Boba was so tired that he just carelessly threw the woman in front of Bail’s door. “Time for a drink he thought.” He arrived at the cantina 5 minutes later. The cantina was filled with criminals, smugglers, and scum. The place was very noisy , but right when he arrived all the noise ended in unison. Some ran away from the bar, some just looked down hiding their face, some just screamed RUN IT’S BOBA FETT! After all he was the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy. But now all he wanted was a drink. “Alderaanion Ale please” said Boba. “sure anything you want sir, on the house” the barkeep said with a hint of fear in his voice. The Mandolorian got more then 1 drink. Around his fourth drink he got involved with a Sabbac game, and he lost all the credits he made on his last bounty. Then around his 7th drink he past out.He dreamed about his father, the day that Jedi scum cut his head, and he dreamed about taking his revenge on Windu cutting his head off with a vibroblade if only he could have got to him before the Jedi Purge. He woke up the next morning, with a headache, as he stumbled off the ground, the barkeep said “don’t forget your blaster that will be 60 credits"said the barkeep while he was handing him the blaster. “I think I have something better for you”. A blaster bolt whizzed by and struck the barkeep in the head. “There's your 60 credits". When he arrived at the slave 1 the 1st thing he noticed was there was a new message on the ships com link. A hologram of Darth Vader, appeared and said” "Fett there is a bounty on your head for 70,000 credits, by Gardulla the hutt.He says you captured one of his money makers. Normally I wouldn’t care but I have my reasons for telling you. I will pay you 100,000 to kill the hut.” “Why do you need the hutt dead?” asked Boba. "I have 2 reasons the first, you have proven to be my best bounty hunter and I wouldn’t want to lose you, and the second reason is he owned me when I was Anakin Skywalker and let’s just say I want revenge." “It will be done my lord, I have been waiting for some excitement”. "We must be subtle and cunning. First you will need to find a clone, to pass as you. But that will be a more difficult task then it sounds. Most of the clones have been destroyed. The one you must capture is Cody.” Explained the dark lord. “ It will be done, but what happened to my brothers”? "The emperor hates aliens as you know. The Kamino cloners were aliens, and he destroyed them. So only a few clones remain in the Empire, they are mostly human who enlist to serve authority.” “Where will I find this..Cody?” “ He will be in a Star Destroyer near the planet Bespin.” You must go there, and capture him, after this is done, report to me and I shall give you further instructions.” "It will be done, Lord Vader." "Do not disappoint me Fett." 	Part II Cody just got a transmission to return to the Death Star at once! Apparently rebel spies have taken the lives of many troopers, broke out Princess Leia , and they needed reinforcements. The transmission informed him that the spies consisted of 3 humans, 1 wookiee, and 2 droids. “Rebel scum, you heard Tarkin , everyone prepare for take off!” exclaimed Cody. But just as he said that he noticed a strange ship approaching him. Boba was approaching Cody’s ship. Boba pressed a few buttons, and shot a restraining bolt at the Destroyer. The slave 1 is highly equipped in every type of weapon you could ask for which was essential to a bounty hunter. “What the hell, was that! Why can’t we move? Captain, we are being boarded, ready the troops!” said Cody. The Slave 1 landed in the class 5 Star Destroyer’s docking bay with ease. Boba released the safety strap, and opened the hatch, then exited the Slave 1. The first thing he noticed was the two troopers pointing blasters at him. Boba mocked “Always nice to meet men of such honor.” Mocked Boba The trooper on the right hit him in the face with his blaster so hard that Fett was out cold, and then the man said “keep your mouth shut bounty hunter.” Boba woke up a few hours later in a dark chamber. He noticed there was another man in the chamber, the other man, was very skinny, and had a beard. He talked in the voice of a drunk” Whaaa uh who er you?” “I am Boba Fett”. Said the Mandolorian. “Well dis cell isn bigg inuff fo da two o us, let tangle.” “ Your call, and your mistake.” Remarked Boba, the drunk man rammed into Boba with surprising speed, Boba didn’t expect this, and he fell to the ground. The drunk was getting ready to jump on top of Boba, but this time Fett was ready. As soon as the man was two feet away, Boba rolled to safety, the other man hit the ground, with the bones of his hands cracking on the cement floor. He screamed in pain, and then the Mandolorian picked him up, and slammed against the wall, bashing his face into a bloody pulp. “What’s, going on down there” a voice asked from the darkness? The drunk tried to reply” help this man is a maniac”, but all that came out was gurgling noise. A moment later, two troopers rushed down, with blasters in their hands. One of the troopers gagged when he saw brains of the drunk on the wall. The other said Take him to the Commander, Cody will know what to do.” The two troopers dragged Boba Fett to the control room, and to his fate. 	Thanks Kassie, and Revan! I'm sorry I didn't include the edits. But I will tell everyone reading that it would have been terrible, if Revan didn't help me with it! Kassie the next update will be much sooner then the last one. I had writers block that's why it took so long. 	It's fine Unga I'm just happy you did read it. I have a feeling everyone will be pleased with Part III I am half way done with it. It's gonna be longer then Part II though. 	Part III Cody got another transmission informing him that Lord Vader had just executed a Jedi, which is strange considering they are supposed to be extinct. But even though this is a great accomplishment he needs to return to defend the Death Star, because the rebels have obtained the plans for the Death Star, and they may find a weakness. Cody replied” I can’t come back, something hit us with a restraining bolt, and we are trying to override it.” A few seconds after he sent his reply, two of his best troopers, walked in dragging the man who was responsible for all this. “This man just murdered one of our slaves; you must punish him, Cody” Said the left trooper. “Cody replied “oh I plan to do far worse then punish him, I am going to torture him, until he tells us how to disable the restraining bolt”. Boba chuckled” do you know who I am”? Cody replied I know you are Boba Fett , and I don’t give a damn who you are,; all I care about is repairing my ship, so I can complete my mission.” “Well if you want your ship repaired your going to have to left let me go”, Boba said. “Why the hell would I do that? What’s to stop you from killing all of us”, Cody asked? “No, no I won’t kill anyone on this ship; all I want is you, Commander”. All the troopers looked at each other in confusion at why the bounty hunter told Cody his intentions. “I am definitely not going to let you take me anywhere, Fett.” “I’m afraid you have no choice commander, because if you don’t, the mission will never be complete and we will all die, and not just you Cody.” “I thought you said you weren’t going to kill me, bounty hunter” asked Cody? “No, I’m not going to kill you, but I never said that somebody else won’t” said Boba. Cody shook his head in anger” Either way I’m still not going with you.” Informed Cody “Well Cody it looks like you don’t have a choice” mocked Boba. Cody smirked at him for a moment, then sighed and said” I need to speak to Lord Vader” A few moments later a hologram of Darth Vader appeared. “What is it Commander” asked Vader? Cody sighed and said “this bounty hunter has set a restraining bolt on our ship, and we can’t figure out how to remove it. He claims that he will remove it, if I leave with him”. Vader moved his hand, and said” Release Boba Fett, and leave with him”. Cody lost control of his mind, and repeated” I will release Boba Fett, and leave with him” Then Cody released the security binders from the Bounty Hunters hands, and Vader’s hologram disappeared. Once Boba was free, he punched Cody’s helmet, so hard that the eye glass broke, and the former Commander, and future corpse, fell out cold to the ground. The two other troopers tried to fight back, but by that time Boba grabbed the Cody’s blaster and shot them both, before they could get a single shot off. Now it was Boba’s turn to do the dragging. When they reached the Slave 1, Boba threw the man in the ship’s cargo hold. Then he released the restraining bolt, just as he said he would. Finally he contacted Lord Vader. A tiny blue Vader showed up on his com link, Vader said” well done Boba, now you must assume the identity of a different bounty hunter, and dress Cody up in your armor, then only then can you go to Gardulla the Hutt.” Before Fett could reply, Vader was already gone.
