Alright, under the review process for moderators my turn is now up, so the questionnaire for the review process can be found here. Any feedback I get is annonymous as the reviews themselves will go to the admins, and participation in this process is encouraged.
This will be going on over the next two weeks.

Now this is ironic. I think having moderator reviews is an excellent idea, and will not only be submitting a very honest and frank account I encourage everyone else to do the same.

You know back in the old days if a moderator made a bad decision or two there would be a 'whine' thread in Comms which would slowly disintegrate into a flame war, bannings and eventual thread lock. I may have started one or two myself  (anyone remember the adventures of Preacherboy and Lord Chewy??????)
I guess this is much more civilised.
