yeah, the scene is really funny, and yet also important to the story...
When in Yoda's hut, he drops the act when talking to Obi-Wan: "I cannot teach him. The boy has no patience.", so it is pretty clear that he was just messing with Luke. Such an incredible scene the first time you see it, Yoda's just this crazy old frog thing, and then it turns out he's the Jedi master  ! I love it.
Like I said, it was just Yoda being silly (to test Luke), and it's funny as hell

As far as kind of physical humour as opposed to lines... man, I'm having trouble thinking of one besides the Ewok hitting itself and the stormtrooper running into the door, unintwentionally.
Probably my favourite moment of OT humour is "Oh listen to them, they're dying R2." 
AGREED. The ewok (is it Wicket? I don't recall) hitting himself gets me every time. Threepio's "Listen to them, they're dying! Curse my metal body, I wasn't fast enough!" is also a great one.
There are also a few moments in TESB:
-Leia's "I am NOT a committee!" line
-Threepio in the Falcon's cockpit shooing away the mynocks
-Yoda repeatedly hitting Artoo with his gimer stick
In ROTJ, Palpatine's "Oh, I'm afraid the deflector shield will be quite operational when your friends arrive" always makes me laugh because of the way he delivers the line.

My favorite line is Han saying "Who's scruffy lookin'?" IMO, the entire Leia/Han/Chewbacca interplay in that scene is excellent. Makes me laugh every time.

Han running down the hall, screaming his patootie (lol - han patootie!) off, and he comes to the stormtrooopers going the other way. Then he runs away!
When Luke blasts that 1st tie fighter, and when han says 'great kid! go get the car keys!'. I know it's 'great kid! don't get cocky,' but i always thought it was the first one when i was a kid. lol!

The scene with the Dejarik Board with Han and 3P0 in ANH,
Chewie just looking at him with that face, it makes me laugh so hard.
And this may seem a bit sadistic, but I love watching vader choking those idiotic Imperial Commanders and such..."I find your lack of faith...disturbing."

I love that fact he makes!! it's the typical male thinking "I don't understand women at all!!!"
But my favorites would have to be almost everything Leia and Han say to each other in ANH and ESB.
Most of my favorite PT comical lines are from Obi Wan. A lot of the comedy was so corny it was painful, like 3PO's lines in AOTC when he's switched with the battle droid. And many of his other lines, and of course all of Jar Jar, lol.

I just watched Star Wars, probably for the 200th time (no joke!), and I still laughed my head off at Han and Chewbacca. While Han's aborted conversation with the radio dispatcher is a classic, the funniest for me is still when they get out of the trash compactor:
Theres a weird noise and Chewie screams and runs away. Han fires a shot into the trash compactor and theres a gurgled scream.
Han: Come here you big coward. Chewie, come here!
Cut to Chewie down the hall shaking his head 'no'.
That still cracks me up. Of course its a close second to Han telling him "I don't care what you smell!" and kicking him in the butt as he falls into the compactor.

I agree, this was hillarious. These Royal Guards always had a fearsome aura for me in the OT, and when I heard the PT was going to be made, I instantly thought of how these guys would be featured as unbeatable. Then Yoda knocks them out with the most nonchalant Force push in the entire saga. 
For me the funniest scene is Han fixing the Falcon in the asteroid field in ESB. He takes a tool, ducks down into one of the pits, and then the whole ship shakes and the tools fall on his head. His reflex reaction, as always, is to blame Chewie.
One scene I find funny now that the PT are done is when Luke goes to Dagobah. R2 makes quite a bit of noise when Yoda shows up. It occurs to me that R2 remembers Yoda, and is trying to tell Luke, "Hey, I remember this guy! This is your Jedi Master! Don't buy into this crazy swamp frog act he's doing. That's Yoda!"

I thought he was serious - I still think he was. He was never very big on training Skywalkers . I am sure he sensed the 'anger and fear' in him also, considering Luke was like Anakin, Jr. in that way. But yeah, it was a funny scene either way you look at it.
