    on the DVD Scene...

vi "In Good Company"... me gusto aunque despues de verla me senti medio depressed...

    Ong Bak:

The Cave: Alien meets extreme sport (buceo y escalar montañas).

?The Exorcism of Emily Rose?: Debería de ser llamada ?The Jury of the father that performed the Exorcism of Emily Rose?, pero el título seria muy largo y menos llamativo.

Dead Watch (rented): I rented this movie just because, Clive Barker, a horror writer and the man behind the Undying video game[face_skull] , has a comment on the cover of this movie.

Is 1917 and a group of, I presume, Europeans soldiers capture a trench of the Germans. Not only this trench is in the middle of nowhere, and is full of way too many dead bodies, but also strange things start to happen. While the soldiers don?t see any need to stay a guard the trench, their superiors insist on stay, even after some of them start to die. A slow, but good (and paranoid) movie. Recommended.

Uzamaki aka Spiral (rented, Japanese): I give this movie points for being weird, but it let almost ALL the questions unanswered. Not to mention there is a bit too much talk in some scenes. You aren?t even sure if the protagonist survived, even tough the movie is presented like she was telling it. (Since is based in a horror manga, is almost sure she died, even kids die in them!).

People get obsessed with the spiral form, part of clouds and walls suddenly start changing into spiral forms and fallow people, a man kill himself in a way that his body literally become and spiral, not to mention what happens when they burn his body, and his wife got so scared with the spirals that she even cut her hair and fingerprints ... I think you get the picture.

A weird, disturbing, visually interesting, but not really scary horror movie.

Is weird to see 2 movies in a row and getting out of them satisfied. I have to admit that I really was just hopping to have a good time and not see great movies, but...

Flight Plan: Good suspense movie. If this your king of movie, go and see it.

Serenity: Good history, good characters and dialogue, no need to even know that this is the movie of a TV series (that I don?t know anything, btw). Even the forced introduction was done in a way that is part of the movie. Is not the bet Sci-fi movie ever done, but one of the best in a few years.

In fact why the heck we saw together Alien vs. Predator and Resident Evil 2 and not this movie is beyond me. We are fan of Sci-fi here, unless you don?t like the series, go watch it. In fact, Star Wars and Star Trek (remember the last 2 movies) should take notes.
