Hey, you guys are meeting on my birthday! Have a slice of cake.

I saw Shrek Sunday. The animation was super-fantastic. The story I thought was okay, but it seemed like they were trying too hard for a lot of the jokes, like it was forced, not natural. For non-Disney animated features, I have to say that An American Tail was better! As I think about that, I know why. The only character I really cared about was Princess Fiona (was that her name?). I just didn't care that much about the rest of them. This reminds me of my major criticisms of EpI. Character, character, character. Ah, well. Just MHO.

Actually, I'll be 34. Eeewwww, I didn't think I ever was bothered by my age, but seeing it written down like that makes me shudder. Eeeewwwww.
