San Fran, CA 11/22 at Stacey's books the Dark Lord is released......

ON Tuesday at 12:30pm at stacey's books on Market street they are going to celebrate the release of the sequel to Revenge of the Sith with, Dark Lord Rising. IS anyone going to check this out or know anything about this?? I've been looking forward to the book for a while, and will get it but I know nothing about this event.

I've just been told that Ian from the GGG will be making an appearance as "Vader" for this event, and will be handing out flyers at around 12 Noon.
Unfortunately there will not be signing of the book at this.

I and my bro will most likely check it out, and help as well, sans costumes of course.

I think I'll be coming by sometime just after 1. That is if it's still going on after 1. I didn't know about it till Robert told me it was happening. Sounds cool.

Interesting day today. We were outside handing out pins to passers-by for the new book. Some folks from Lucasfilm came by to see how we were doing and gave out 8 x 10 Star Wars glossies to anyone who bought the book.

But the best part were people coming up to Vader. For example, there were two guys, one with a white Phantom of The Opera-type mask over his face, who came with a buddy of his who had his fly open with no underwear on. Yuck! Oh, and the "12 Galaxies" protest guy was there too!

 

LOL! I saw the 12 Galaxies at the red carpet preview opening for that H&M store downtown ast week. (I didn't go to the opening, just had to walk by the line on my way to the parking garage).
