There already was a Yoda back in the days of the Action Collection, but he wasn't no more than 5 inches.

 

I've collected Star Wars action figures for 20 years,i have hundreds of them,but i until this past weekend i never had a 12" figure.

Friday i found the first 12" figures that have been so cool that i had to buy them.They were Mace Windu and the Red and Yellow Clonetroopers.

They are brilliant.

The helmet,face,uniform,tunic gun and lightsaber are super cool.Im so pleased with them that if Hasbro produce more 12"figures of these characters quality,then i might switch to 12" figures for the next film and stop collecting the 3 3/4" figures.

Well done Hasbro,Mace and the Clonetroopers are brilliant !!!

 

i got the red clone trooper at kbs. it is awsome and looks great next to my 12 inch jango fett

 

I don't really like the present 12" line
except for Jango, the rest just look weird heads to big or something.

I've only bought a few in the past mainly Imperials and Bounty Hunters, being helmeted or droids. with the exception of the Emperor/guard 2 pack.

 

Has anyone dared to customise Jango Yet?
Like put him on a taller body so he's the right height and so his helmet sits right.

 

it wouldnt be that hard to do. grab an old G.I JOE and get busy but the only thing i can see wrong is the arms................

 

I just found the newest wave of Episode 2 12" figures at Target last night. The kids were going crazy over the Super Battle Droid. It actually looks better in person. I might pick him up. Also Count Dooku looks good but a little short. Guess he has the new body and a much smaller head than Anakin. I ended up only buying Zam Wessel. She's a decent figure. Not great because her arms are way too small and skinny but pose her with the gun and rifle and she fits in with the rest of my collection. All in all, a decent set of figures. Althought I wish there was some consistency in the sizes of the bodies and heads.

Padme in anything from the new movie that is well done.

Is the Max Rebo band still coming out as a Walmart exclusive?

Does anyone know of where all the 12" exclusives are from right now? What stores and when?

 

I have almost all of the 12" figs from the Action and Collector series but I especially look forward to Dengar and Zuckuss so I can complete my Bounty Hunter set.

 

Are the 12" Bounty Hunters still coming out? I hope so!

 

Still there is no 12inch Count Dooku or Zam at My Wal-Mart. I'm kinda getting dissappointed. My Anakin, Mace, Jango, and Obi-Wan don't look complete without those two.

Amazon has had 12 inch Dooku in Stock recently.I ordered one myself! Does anyone know if Hasbro is going to make an AOTC Jedi Master Yoda with Lightsaber? That would be Cool! Maybe they could give him more articulation. Others mentioned Luminara & Mara Jade, I agree that would be EXCELLENT.Lastly, They should update the OT Boba Fett!I missed the Action Coll. & Electronic ones and I can't find any lower than $75!!!$^#^%&#*%!!The Marmit version puts both to SHAME, but that goes for $150 and up!!Too bad. I just a couple of 12" CloneTroopers which were (prolly mistakenly) on sale at KB for $9.99 a piece.

The CloneTrooper is my favorite Episode 2 character. No really.

I have just started collecting the 12" figures. They are more expensive, so instead of trying to be a completionist like I am with the 3 3/4" figures, I am only buying ones I like.

Also, some of them are pretty weird looking, and I am not going to buy those ones.
