Name: Haas'kk
Age: 24
Species: Trandoshan
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Height: 6'9?
Weight: 265lbs
Build: Large, muscular
Hair: None
Eyes: Orange
Skin: Pale Green
Markings: None
Description: A large, imposing trandoshan figure. Wears a dull black robe over plain battle armor, and long dull black gloves that are elbow length. Two ammo belts are visible, crossing over his chest. There is also a concealed mandalorian heavy blaster holstered on his right hip, and a less concelaled Trandoshan Sword on his left hip.
Allegiance: The Empire (Hired Merc)
Weapons: LS-150 heavy gun (with bayonet), Mandalorian heavy blaster, trandoshan sword, claws.
Bio: Haas'kk was born on Dosha. His parents were very religious, and Haas'kk always fought very hard for jagganath points, to appease the Scorekeeper. He slew his first wookie in the wild at 16, with only a simple sword.
His reverence for the Scorekeeper led Haas'kk to travel the galaxy as a mercenary. He left his homeworld as 17, and worked for a Hutt on Nar Shadda for some time. Here he gained wealth, and put this money into his weaponry. He opted to keep his armor flexible. Ever since his first wookie kill, Haas'kk was excellent at the ambush, often slaying his target silently with his sword before they even knew an attacker was upon them. He also went hunting for wookies often, and had slain many.
The Hutt he worked for was assasinated, and Haas'kk left Nar Shadda, he wandered the galaxy, killing for jagganath points sometimes, other times for money. Then he, along with many mercenaries were recruited by the Imperial Knights. And so he fights, cunningly, coldly, and always for honour.

Pets: Three altered Vornskrs. Caedus, Kol'El, and Thok.
Skills: Master swordsman, Sith Lore/Teachings/Magic/Alchemy, and Tactics Expert/Strategist.
Personal Ship: Right to Rule
Bio: Born in 70 ABY on Csilla, he was the firstborn child of Kol'eldes'tann, and is the heir to the leadership of the Obscurum. He started training in the force when he learned how to walk, and when his mind showed enough accelerated development, he was shipped off to the CEDF. This would bring a much needed boost to the side of the Obscurum, Kye'El was the first Tann to have the abilities necessary to be placed in advanced command training in the Defense Force. He graduated with honors only 13 years later, and was placed back in the Obscurum for intensive training. But in 107 ABY, he left for unexplained reasons. His reason was a craving for knowledge, knowledge of what the force was, and why it was. This journey took him all over, first he studied with the jedi, but they didn't have what he wanted, couldn't have for it seemed as though they'd lost most of what they had been. Then he sought out the Sith, and came across the Dominion, a small group of Sith who studied the mysteries of the dark side. He learned much in the Dominion, more than he had with the Jedi. He found out about a group called The One Sith who were hiding on Korriban, and after discussion with the leadership of the dominion, he set out to infiltrate them. This was five years ago, since then he has worked as an assassin for the One Sith, a member of Cethinraig'r, The Shadow Dragons. In the past year he assassinated the head's of lesser Force organizations, such as the Jensaari, so that their numbers could be assimilated into The One Sith.

Gender: Male
Appearance: [image=http://fc06.deviantart.com/fs41/i/2009/043/b/8/Imperial_Knight_by_klavious5.jpg]
Allegiance: Empire
Weapons: After the loss of his own weapon he now uses his Master´s old blade, a dark orange lightsaber
Bio: Born out of an old imperial family of Kuat, the Kesslers found themselves in the middle of the golden age of the Alliance. Hespar was a bright shield. His wealthy families send him to the best teachers and especially in physical training very soon in his life they became aware something was special about the boy. The force was strong in him. when Hespars older brother accompanied his parents to the Empire, visiting old friends and family, Hepsar himself was send to Ossus. The Jedi were to test him and the Jedi soon were very sure of his potential in the force. With the agreement of his parents he was to be trained as a Jedi, even if his father wanted to hand him to the Imperial Knights in the first place. His mother intervened.
His training went well. A student of great potential (not Skywalker-great but slightly above the normal) he was also a dedicated learner. Sometimes probably to silly and enjoyable for a Jedi. But his social qualities became something that also he was liked and respected for.
When his parents died at a terrible accident, Hespar learned that his older brother, Elren Kessler, had been send to their imperial parents. He was allowed to visit him a few times, to help his last living relative to deal with his parents dead. In these meetings he was confronted with imperial philosophy and as a member of traditionalists he soon embraced it.
When he returned he was handed to Ratep Sentarin, to be his Padawan. A powerful Jedi and skilled lightsaber duelist he and Hespar very soon became friends. And from Sentarin he learned a lot. His technique with the lightsaber improved and his grip on the force became firm, but it became exactly that, a grip. Master Sentarin had an unusual approach of the force and when he began to hint, the dark dies itself might be acceptable, Hespar turned to other teachers for guidance. In writing and ancient holocrons he found nothing to undermine his masters views. But something in the force seemed to urge him to believe. A weaker man would have fallen then, but Hespar had a keen mind, questioning even it´s own questions. He realized the path of his master was wrong. And in his heart he knew, the path of the Jedi to be flawed then, if they allowed a Jedi like this to teach. It broke his heart, but in a chamber somewhere in the Ossus Library he understood and finally lost a friend. And an order.
For long he had believed in the Empire being the more advanced type of government. Dictatorial, sure, but not so easy to corrupt. Not so vulnerable to those who tried to use the system for their own good. Now, he saw the Jedi of the Empire as the men probably serving the right thing. Order. And the Jedi served themselves and an idea, that was probably entirely made up.
When he found his master practicing the forbidden techniques of Vaapad, it was enough. After a heated argument he secretly contacted his brother and arranged the first and only defection of a Jedi to the ranks of the Empire. The night it happened his master surprised him and both dueled in the woods near the academy. At last, his master let him go and Hespar turned his back on him. But he had felt the anger in his master. The Dark Side.

The Imperial Knights accepted him fast. In training he was stronger than most of their members and even more skilled with the lightsaber than their students of same age. But his loyalty was in question for a long time. The Emperor himself tested Hespar and found the results more than satisfying.

And though he served the Empire. Even as it declared war on his former borthers. He was pleased by the Emperor´s wisdom to keep the Knights away from the Jedi in battle and a shock came to him, as he heard of his comrade Darth Zorn, formerly known as

Allegiance: Empire
Weapons: two standard army blasters, vibroblade. First pilot and Lieutenant commander of a GAT 12m Skipray Blastboat

[image=http://i204.photobucket.com/albums/bb229/Seremela2/250px-Skipray2.jpg]

Bio: His past is a blur to Kriss. He has some vague images of his parents and a farm, and he knows he and his twin sister were taken to a private boarding institution on Nirauan. He knows this, because he was found in the rubble after it blew up, one of the few children who survived. He woke up with an acute emptiness in his mind: his sister was one of the dead. He and the other survivors ended up in a state owned orphanage on Bastion itself and it was a given they would go to the Military Academy afterwards, to serve their Empire for a number of years as pay-back for the care they had received. He only learned later that this wasn?t a normal rule for all the orphanages in the Empire, but since he?d discovered by then that what he wanted to do was fly and the Navy College had an excellent training program for pilots, he didn?t really care. All he wanted was to escape into space, away from other beings and from the subtle scrutiny he knew he was under.

Because Kriss has one big secret: he?s a telepath. It?s his curse. He doesn?t want the thoughts of others crowding his head, he doesn?t want to feel their emotions, see their dirty secrets and generally have their thoughts invade him. In space he at least has some peace, because there are a lot less beings around him, thinking, always thinking. And the less there are, the easier he can shut them out. He soon realized he didn?t want to be a TIE starfighter pilot, because that would mean being cooped up with thousands of others on the Star Destroyer his TIE was assigned to, so he applied for the courier service and was accepted. He could handle the small crew of four/five men on the Skipray blastboats the courier service used.

When the war started in 127 ABY it turned out he was exceptionally good in scouting missions, knowing where the enemy was in a (to others) uncanny way, and this earned him the first pilot position and command of a GAT 12m Skipray blastboat. He knows it?s as far as his career will go, even after some legendary scout and courier exploits, because his fiercely independent attitude and barely concealed contempt for most of the higher officers isn?t exactly the way to earn a promotion. That?s okay with him, because what he?s doing now suits him just fine.

Allegiance: the Emperor
Weapons: standard army blaster, a knife, military issued carbine. Gunner on a GAT 12m Skipray Blastboat

Bio: Winner always says he only enrolled into the Military because the chicks dig a uniform. And ladies? that?s what's important in life, so naturally he would give them what they want. But truthfully he didn?t have a whole lot of options, because his mother, a prostitute (and a saint in her son?s eyes; his upbringing might be onorthodox, but he had a very happy childhood, thank you very much for asking, the best actually), couldn?t afford a good education for him. So he enlisted. And finally got hooked up with the most stubborn, antisocial son of a bantha he had ever encountered in his life, Kriss Laran. He instantly saw him as a challenge and dug in to get him to open up. To his surprise that didn?t work so well. People usuall

129 ABY: The Sith Imperial War

Shadows Fall

The war between the Empire and the Galactic Alliance, engineered by the One Sith under Darth Krayt, continues. Rebel elements of the Moff Council and the Senate have made their attempts to take advantage of the situation, either as Krayt?s proxies or as the tools of rogue Sith, and all have failed, drawing the Alliance?s strength. Neutrality is a scarcity, and now the Moff Council has forced the One Sith upon the Emperor and his Imperial Knights as allies in their march on Coruscant, the capital of the beleaguered Alliance. As Unknown Terrors advance on the galaxy, the Empire?s victory has been diverted around the Hapan Consortium, towards Hutt Space. As the Jedi struggle to cope with focusing their strength against these innumerable threats, the greatest shadow they fight is their own government ? and the victims of the war, the innocent Yuuzhan Vong, will face their greatest test yet in the Outer Rim...

IC: Knife
Aboard the Fuuran Star Destroyer Serenno?s Bane, hyperspace

Knife smiled, and mused.

He mused because, over a century ago, the Nagai made their invasion of the Known Galaxy ? the Skyriver, to them ? and years of work saw their efforts fail within a week. Pursued by their natural enemies, the Tofs, and betrayed by their Sith ally, they had sided with the Rebellion, the Empire and Mandalorians to defeat their ancient foes.

Retaking their homeworld, and fighting a long war over Companion Besh, their satellite galaxy, the honourary title of Knife had been passed to new leaders. It was taken by Darth Nihl at one point, but handed back when he became the Fist of the Sith. This particular Knife reflected on a tale his grandfather once told him, of the attempt by the Nagai raiders to sneak around the Core via a little known system called Nzoth, and their utter failure against a xenophobic race called the Yevetha.

This time, the Nagai fleet fleeing from the Skyriver took the same route, cutting off the Bakuran Imperium and Mugaari from the Galactic Alliance, and, this time, the Yevetha were gone. The route, skirting the Unknown Regions, had been taken by the Confederacy in their second, pathetic push on the Core, and now the Nagai armada had repeated the effort ? emerging in systems up and down the Namadii Corridor; Dorin, Namadii itself, Palanhi ? and Bilbringi.

The armada found a system filled with debris, the still spasming remnants of a planetary worldship, the wreckage of hundreds of ancient Carrack-class cruisers and more than a dozen Star Destroyers of various types. The Royal Mandate armada held position over the twisted metal that was once the shipyards of Bilbringi, the targets of the Emperor?s assault on the Inner Rim. Now there are nothing more than remnants ? and victims for the Nagai; enslaved by the Sith warlord Darth Nihl, Knife can only smiled.

Weapons fire, and the Imperial armada is driven out-system ? back to Bastion. It was a moment where the pointlessness of the war was finally evident, and the reversal was one which the Emperor could not afford to take.

---
Bastion system

Even as the Royal Mandate armada was reverting in stray Star Destroyers, a lone Imperial shuttle decanted from hyperspace. Aboard it was a single man ? the most important man in the galaxy. For he was Darth Krayt, Dark Lord of the One Sith. Sith assault ships and fighter craft emerged from behind cloaking devices, and began to escort their master down to the Imperial Palace.

A meeting of Emperor and Dark Lord was to occur. The Dark Lord gave orders via holocomm; the Emperor did the same. Pawns were moved, and pieces given new life, as the two key players prepared to enter the next phase. If the Emperor could not trump the Dark Lord against the Alliance, then perhaps other plans could be made? and if Darth Krayt had proven his worth to the citizenry at the Battle of Bastion, then perhaps it was time for him to defend other flanks, and to prepare himself for the true war.

Antares Draco, master of the Imperial Knights, stood beside his master aboard the impromptu flagship, the Devastator, even as Darth Wyyrlok, the dutiful servant who had recovered his Dark Lord from the Anaxes system with Darth Maladi in tow, was beside his.

Plans were made.

And games were played.

And then?

Then they would meet at last.

Emperor and Dark Lord.

Shuttlecraft, Deep in the new Nagai Space

The trip back to Imperial Space had been a complex one. In the confusion of the arrival of the Nagai armada, Verden Pinder had taken the Princess Marasiah Fel into a maelstrom. Bilbringi had fallen to the Unknown Terror, and now they were sneaking for Anobis, to meet an Imperial Knight who had been assigned to get the Princess back into Imperial Space.

That Knight was Norn Dukai, who had been on a mission to turn Anobis back to Imperial hands. A skirmish won by the Jedi in the first few months of the war had forced the Empire to retreat to the Outer Rim, for fear of being completely outflanked at Dorin and other systems. As it had been one of those initial setbacks, the symbolism of the Empire returning the system to the fold would have been impressive.

Now it wasn?t Jedi or Yuuzhan Vong they had to fear, but albino Nagai raiders, plying the trade routes in the area and completely negating Imperial efforts? to the temporary advantage of the GA and Jedi. And so as Verden arrived in-system aboard a Nu-class shuttle with the Princess? Imperial Knight protector Elke Vetter in tow, Norn had been re-tasked by the Emperor?s cousin to hand a vehicle to the Princess ? and then to sneak aboard Verden Pinder?s shuttle, at which point he would then be authorised to open the second portion of his mission brief.

But Nagai warships, Fuuran-class Star Destroyers that more than a match for a Scythe-class cruiser, mainly, plied these routes, and they didn?t have much time. GA and Imperial loyalists were locked in a heated battle on the planets surface, and Verden Pinder, the kindly Jedi who had saved the Princess from the hands of the GA leadership, looked to the young girl with a grim face. ?Can you feel the death on the planet, little one??

Elke?s face was dispassionate ? neither disapproving or approving. The Force sang with death, and they were heading towards a star in that violence, a source of it. A Shadow Knight, more than anything. Norn Dukai was in the GA-owned Anobian hangar bay, the spaceport constructed as a joint peace effort between the two factions following the first Galactic Civil War. Now it crawled with GA loyalists, though no actual GA or Jedi assets were evident. The port was, however, surrounded by electric fences, and weak-minded farmers, kitted out nonetheless with heavy repeater blasters and the latest in sensor technology. Here was a proxy war, one which had been the most bloody since the Treaty was called into force. And Norn had a time limit. Failure would hand the Princess to those that even the Jedi would call zealous in their loyalty to the GA.

Aboard the GA frigate Guardian, Trenwyth system

Captain Darb grimaced, as ever, a grimace he had held onto perpetually since the Battle of Bastion. The grimace wasn?t complicated to gather. Trenwyth had become the marshalling point of an impromptu coalition of Ssi-Ruuvi, Bakuran, GA, Mugaari and Woltarian elements. The Woltarians had moved their refugee colony out of Bakuran Space following the internal skirmishing there, and headed straight into Nagai raiders, fleeing from the Unknown Regions for some reason. Now the motley task force was under attack by Fuuran-class Star Destroyers decanting from hyperspace and flying past the task force, before popping back into hyperspace.

There were only, it was believed, eighteen or twenty such Nagai vessels harassing many more Shree-class carriers, Victory-class Star Destroyers, Bakura-class light cruisers and destroyers, Ssi-Ruuvi pickets and the eight GA frigates, half ShaShore and half Sabertooth, all surrounding the Woltarian Refugee Fleet.

The Nagai invasion had cut off the GA supporter coalition, and Trenwyth had become the milling point of a task force which should[/

Rodia
The Orbit

[image=http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/0/07/RodiaNEGAS.jpg]

The Galactic Alliance had decided it would be a swift strike. The Jedi had warned them not to underestimate the Rodians and their hunting skills. But blinded by the success on Roon the attack had been ordered. The plan had been simple. use the information provided by the Jedi Shadows about the Grand Protector of Rodia and his connection to the Sith to justify his arrest and through that take control over Rodia. The Yuuzhan Vong that lived there, the largest colony of Vong in the galaxy, would make sure the Rodians elsewhere on the planet were to busy until it all was over. And the Galactic Alliance had control over the planet.

Obviously it had not worked out too well. When they had arrived, their fleet of two Scythe-Class Cruisers and three Sabretooth-Frigates had been awaited by seven ShaShore-Class Frigates and swarms of TIE-Predators and hundreds of Rodian Besh-type fighters. How the Rodians had gotten their hands on Galactic Alliance ships could not been determined. But it had surely ruined the well-laid plans of Commodore Cesmo. The Weequay Commodore was now yelling commands aboard the GA´s flagship the Honorbound, as the first wave of Torpedo´s hit them. Alarms were ringing and the battle in space spiralled into chaos, as the fleet could not deploy the troops that should have supported the ground assault. The aged nautolan Jedi Master Jedi Master Jifu Pikilo stood next to the Captain, folding his arms and closing his eyes. Probing the force for answers. To reveal the enemies plan behind this bold move to defend Rodia. He found it. Easier than he had hoped for. Taking his comm-unit up he turned towards the doors and charged out, talking to his Padawan Ariel Sillu over the communicator while making his way to the hangars.

The shuttles. The enemy had used their own shuttles. They had permitted a landing right before the attack. One of them had not been what it appeared to be. And somehow the Jedi Master had not been able to feel the deception.

"Ariel, we have intruders. They´re boarding the hangar. Meet me there, as fast as you can." Ariel had been assigned to leave the ship with the second wave of troops and had not yet reached the hangar, when she heard her master and felt the sudden burst of cold in the force. Someone had indeed come to the ship. And it weren´t just Rodians who were boarding the ship. A Sith was present.

They had infiltrated the dome without greater resistance and had met the first wave of heavy armed Rodians as they had entered the first courtyard. It had been obvious, they had been awaited. The enemy had not been warned early enough to set a trap, but it had been enough to throw his best trained troops into the fight to defend the Grand Protector and his allies. Gabrin Marr took cover as next to him two of their troopers, both Iktochi, feel to the ground,. They had been killed by a repeating blaster from the walls above. The real danger was coming from the palace, though. Several hundred angry Rodians charged towards the Alliance Commando team. "Regroup, take cover!" Lt. Commander Keean, another Iktochi soldier, shouted and dived behind a wall, as shots hissed over his head. They were 80 men with another three hundred arriving any moment now, from above. Or so, the plan had been explained to them. Obviously something had gone wrong.

From the shadows Delith Wiggins saw his troops getting cornered, as heavy repeating blasters were activated on top of the protective walls on both sides. Fire rained down on the Miraluka Jedi and his men who had been send to charge towards the Throne Room and arrest the Grand Protector and his Sith ally. Darth Ventius. The Sith Wiggi

Runaway Prince, Hutt Space

Haas'kk walked slowly, yet strongly down the streets of the Runaway Prince. The LS-150 Heavy ACP slung at his back was an imposing sight, as the bayonet glistened in the dull light. His dull black cloak concealed his body, as it swayed gently with the breeze. His pale green scales were matte in the light of the morning. His orange eyes studied his surroundings. There was a refreshing lack of smooth-skins, a few Twileks here, a Rodian there. They all looked small and weak next to Haas'kk's large Trandoshan figure.

But today Haas'kk didn't have any time to scare small sentients. He had an audience with a local Hutt. Hass'kk hadn't taken paying work for a few months now. He had been hunting Wookiees on Kashyyyk, training his skills as a hunter. However, money does tend to run out, and now Haas'kk needed to earn some credits.

Haas'kk found his way to the docks, and found the waiting shuttle. There was a lone Twilek thug minding the shuttle, but everyone seemed to stay out of his way. Apparently, working for the the Hutts granted an air of strength. Haas'kk climbed into the dilapidated tin can of a shuttle, and firmly grasping the heavy repeater in his hands. The Twilek was silent as he piloted the craft to the Hutt's flagship.

The inside of the flagship was very well kept. It looked much newer inside that it did outside, yet the years of the vessel still told their tale. One thing Haas'kk noticed right away was the lack of evident armed personnel, Hutt's usually had an abundance of hired guns. There were two door guards in front of the door to the Hutt's chamber. One was a small Rodian, the other a Devaronian. Both had blaster pistols in hand. Haas'kk looked right at the the Devaronian and said "Open the door, jetar madle in a hiss." The Devaronian obviously had no understanding of Dosh. He opened the door, and Haas'kk walked in.

The room was atypical for a Hutt's throne room, due to the lack of dancing girls. However, there was one prominent figure in the room aside from the large Hutt. There was a Weequay bodyguard, heavily armed and looking very alert, almost jumpy. He was either new on the job, or on stims. Maybe both... Haas'kk paid no mind to anyone in the room except the Hutt. Still wielding the large LS-150, Haas'kk came to a stop a few yards from the Hutt, looked left, then right, then back at the Hutt. "Hutts in war, Hutts need hunters. T'doshok hunt, T'doshok kill."

Reared up to his full height, the large Trandoshan stared the at the Hutt. Haas'kk knew that this Hutt was desperate for soldiers, they all were with this new war on their hands. He knew just how arrogant he could be without drawing himself into a needless fight. His large frame cast a large shadow, and his bayonet shone dully.

"T'doshok not hunt... cheap. But T'doshok hunt" and at this Haas'kk glanced to the Weequay. "...better."

Nomadic Fleet, Day 1,193 (IY 930.5.07)
Battlecruiser
Neo?vana and remains of the Resurgent Fleet
Trenwyth System

??no, pull back! Get the bomber?s situated so we can do a frackin? attack run before the jump out again.. Everything needs to be out now, reserve fighters deployed. Rockets out and retarget if they jump out again? Frack no! Tell the Ssi-Ruuvi to get out of our field of fire! I want at least thirty kilometers free around this ship so the next time one drops out, we don?t have to hold anything back!? The commander of the Battlecruiser Neo?vana yelled across the comm channel, open to all the vessels in the group, but primarily directed at the Queene Helena who was trying to limp out of the fire fight. Both her and the shattered cruiser, Sorceress? Poison were manned by skeleton crews, and nearly depleted of fuel and ammo. Only the Neo?vana was battle ready, and the first attack runs had already dealt serious damage to the cruiser already in disrepair.

?Sir! Two dropping out, three jumping. Two new targets at six-one over four, range two-ninety and inbound.?

?Primary guns, interception shot at max of forty!? He yelled across the bridge. The two main, quint-1300mm turrets on the Neo?vana swiveled and aimed towards the rapidly approaching ships and fired. Eighteen thousand kilogram plasma encased rails shot out at ten kilometers a second, racing towards an interception point with the two destroyers that had dropped out of hyperspace. Right at four seconds later the rails struck the shields, which stripped the plasma off them and struck the hull with millions of kilograms of force across a couple meters. It was the second such hit of the day, and the destroyers had already made several passes. The smaller 150mm turrets all over the Neo?vana lit up and sprayed deadly rounds at the hopefully damaged destroyers as they passed. The Wolatarian fighters and gunships has already moved to the outer edge of the fighter group, trying to get close enough to the destroyers to engage them with rockets, but they always managed to jump before they impacted.

The Neo?vana had loaded the fission weapons into their missiles bays, but with so many nearby friendlies, the detonation of such would be devastating to sensors and equipment alike. With the exception of a few fighters, the Wolatarians were drained of the highly reactive fuel they had used to power their sublight jumps, leaving them stranded in the gravity well.

?Multible confirmed impacts, attempting to get a damage assessment.? Said an operator on the bridge. The commander once again picked up the comm.

?Bomber groups four and five, pursue receding vessels and engage! All fighter groups, maintain a defensive screen thirty klicks out. Defensive batteries will be clear to engage as soon as the alliance gets their fleet out of the defensive zone. Captain Darb, what is taking so frackin? long?!?

Something was very wrong outside.

Banging on his door, screaming, panic - war had most certainly come to Christophsis. And someone had come to make a social call. He sprung out of bed lightly, dressing quickly - he'd only had about an hour of sleep anyways. He slipped his boots on last, ignoring the coat for the moment, grabbing the blaster beneath it. He undid the lock, opened the door a crack, holding the blaster against it.

"Who's there?"

It was a Nikto, fully armed and ready for combat. His grip on the blaster tightened.

"What do you want?"

"The plan is simple. We wait until the GA sends reinfocements, and then we steal whatevercraft brought them down." Stated Divellous to Nergal. A few moments later a Crossfire came down to the surface of Roon, it was just what they needed to get off the world. Nergal was young for his race but much older than many of the current sith. As such he had grown strong in the force, at least stronger than those who had already died.

"Very well, let's go, and keep hidden. We don't want to reenter the battle, kill only those that must be killed." Nergal hated saying that, he wished to kill all who did not seek the ideals of the one sith. Order, structure, power, it was his beliefs and like many of the one sith he longed for the day when the galaxy would be at peace. No more would war tear apart the galaxy, it would be replaced with Order and only the chosen would survive.

Keeping low to the ground and into the shadows Nergal made his way towards the vessel. Yet as he did so he reached out into the force looking for any dangers that might come their way. It was an ability that many force users had but few used it as Nergal did. If their danger he would see it, instead of feel it. If a jedi was around the bend he knew where to stop and for how long. Yet it was not a perfect technique. The future was always changing and with his avoiding one danger could lead to a greater.

Yet so far the ability had not failed him, it was this ability that prevented his death within the sphere, it was this ability that had allowed them to turn the tide against the alliance. Now he hoped it would be this ablity that lead them to the shuttle without harm. Nergel could see alliance soldiers drawing nearer, he would need to either kill them fast or find a place to hide.

Looking around the Feeorin Sith noted that neither himself or Divellous could find a suitable hiding spot. Instead Nergal would have to hope his ability to cloud the minds of others would be enough. Taking a deep breath he laid a hand on Divellous, warning him of the coming danger. Then he let his mind reach into the force itself. He needed to twist it around him, his mind swarmed. He would not be able to see any danger that lay before him now, not while he used the force to conceal the two of them.

Slowly he could feel the dark side begin to work, he hoped he had performed the illusion correctly. In the past he had failed utterly but over the years he had proven to be adapt at such illusions but he always feared it would fail him, that the darkside might betray him somehow. In his mind he saw them, two boulders among the crumbled mountain.

Yet he had not protested against going, well maybe a little. He was an Imperial Knight but did they really need to send him all the way out here?

To make matters worst he had been partnered up with a sith! Another thing he didn't like, it wasn't because the sith had once been enemies to the Jedi, or even attacked the galaxy countless times in the past. It's because the sith weren't loyal, at least in the past they weren't. They were backstabbers, literally! War-mongrels, unfaithful, and worst of all cowards.

Of course their had been a time when the very word Sith, would have sent shivers down his spin and make the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. When he had been young, the sith, had been told as horror stories. Creature's that would sneak into your home and snatch you away in the night. The sith would torment you, and eventually you would be either killed or made into a monster of sorts.

ooc: I assume you did wanted to tag me and not Fin with the triumvirate meeting, Sinrebirth? If not, I need an explaining PM who Fin is playing there. So I´ll post for Kol.

And this is not a post that Troy Denning would write :p

Kol Skywalker
Coruscant, Triumvirate Chambers

?To kill Emperor Fel.? One of the three said and Kol Skywalker felt an emotion he had rarely felt. He was angry. The Grandmaster of the Jedi Order felt anger. It was a natural feeling, and it was very understandable, but nevertheless it was a surprise to him.

Especially as he was about to destroy these three men.

"Next time we meet, spare me the Ysalamiri and just send a holocard with a polite -by the way, we´re conspiring again- on it, will you?" He said the the one he assumed was waering the Ysalamiri. "Assassinating the Emperor?" He turned to the man who had said this. "You should think about, if you want a Grandmaster who rely ignores the Jedi Code, my dear Council Member. Because if I was out to kill those who I consider my enemies, I would have to think about Bastion. And who send my peoiple into a trap there. Wait," He smiled a bitter smile. "Who managed to turn the tide of the whole war AGAINST us, right? Who actually wasted most of our fleet. So, what is your plan this time? I would like to know, because I assume I will have toc clean up behind you again, will I?" Kol Skywalker folded his arms and straightened himself. "You have close to no tactical competence, you betrayed the Jedi Order and you have commited at least two warcrimes last year. The question is what do we do about it?" He said, cooly. He knew the situation all to well. He was fully aware of the war and they were loosing it and he knew these men had a lot to do with it. The Sith even more, probably. Obviously this incarnation of the Triumvirate had not betrayed the Jedi. At least two voices sounded like different people than a year ago. But the good thing about their anonimity was, Kol could make them fully responsible for the doings of the predecessors.

"So, I´ll explain to you what is wrong with your silly idea of assassination missions. Not because I have a lot of hope it will help you, but because I cannot give up on you. Why? I´ll come to this later. First, Jedi don´t murder. We simply don´t. If we would, you would all have been dead after Bastion. Or even before. In which case this war would have been won by now." He sighed. Now calm and serene. But taking every idea of control from them. He was slowly building up to the final moment of these talks.
"Second. I read history books. There is a reason we Jedi are leading the war effort and not you the Jedi. I am not Luke Skywalker. I don´t have to struggle to establish my Order. I am especially not unpopular, distrusted or hated by our people. You have no control over me, or my Jedi. So actually the only thing you did by implying this was weakening your own position in these talks. Talks about what? A minute. I have to make my third point. Why haven´t the Sith begun exterminating our allies? The only planets they have burned down so far were their own. Why? What is holding them back? The same Emperor you want me to kill. Emperor Fel has been forced into this alliance, but he don´t wants it. Because he knows as well as I do what a SITH is. And that, my dear Council, is probably the key to winning this war."

He remembered the Dark Lord well. His battle with the Master of the Dark Side above Hapan. When the Sith had protected the Emperor agaisnt what appeared to be an Jedi Assassin. He also remembered learning of Bastion. About an attack that this comittee had staged and which had been insanely weak planned. Not form a military point of few. But ever since Wolf Sazen had encountered the Sith on Boross he had been suspicious of their easy road towards Bastion. Had he known they would attack, he would have considered it to be a trap. The Sith had obviously planned things for a long time. And the Jedi had been watchful. they had suspected their eventual re

The Emperor´s Chambers

The Dust over Roon had not yet settled, as the spy-drones of Emperor Fel III. transmitted the latest pictures of it to Bastion. The Emperor watched them. Present with him were his closest advisers. Knight Master Mohrgan Fel. His apprentice Antares Draco. And proud and perceptive as always, the Head of Espionage Nyna Calixte, transmitted all the way from Bastion to her Masters side via Holocom. They all watched their Emperor, as he patiently studied the available facts. Imperial soldiers had been present on Roon. Soldiers of which he had not known the would be there. Their bodies were everywhere on the field. Mixed with much fewer Alliance troops. Considering that Battle and Anaxes combined the Jedi had returned into their offensive.

?Do we know who lead the Jedi forces?? Mohrgan Fel asked. Calixte checked her datapad. She wouldn´t have needed to. But she disliked doing things in any obvious way. Deception was a weapon used wisely. ?Kira Kara Romar. A simple knight, your Highness.? She said. Romar who had been on Borosk. Romar who had killed an Imperial Knight the Sith might have corrupted for their uses. Corrupted with her unknowing help. The Knight Master raised a brow. ?Romar.? He smiled. He then raised his head and nodded. He remembered the girl from Borosk. All to well. And he was sure his Emperor hadn´t forgotten her either.

Calixte smiled back. A smile as cold as the deserts of Hoth. ?Almost.? She said. ?My agents have picked up an Imperial Knight at Anaxes we thought you would prefer to be dealt with discreetly.? Which meant without the Sith knowing. In these days.

They had barely made it. Only a dozen Sith of the hundreds of brother that had been placed on Roon. How proud and invincible they had seemed to be after Bastion. But now they were only a group of defeated leftovers. Shadows of a lost war, not been given the mercy to fall in battle. Darth Chalon, one of the two or three Sith who had not needed medical attention was brought to the Medbay of the small frigate by two Stormtroopers. The scent of burned flesh in the air. It gave a Sith little satisfaction when he knew it was of his own people.
Another three Sith had died. Apprentices and Acolytes, most of them. But one had survived. Bulky, trembling from pain a mask was on his face, pumping bacta on his terrible burns that had ripped apart what face Lord Null had left. Disfigured and defeated, the great days of Darth Null, former leader of Roon were over. They all knew. He would probably not even survive his return to Korriban. But for now he was alive and he was the first among those left. Especially since his arch-nemesis Darth Atavus was not only missing, but possibly a traitor to them. Next to Darth Null stood a human of more appropriate stature of a Sith. Tall, red-faced and well trained Darth Regentis, new to the ranks of the Lords, guarded his possibly dying Master.

?Darth Chalon.? Null hissed. His voice was trembling from pain. His body pulsing in the rythm of the bacta pumped into his system. ?Of all fools I´ve trained it was you who survived?? The Sithlord coughed. He was sliding into unconsciousness, obviously. ?What is left of us, is now yours to command.? Null coughed. ?But before you turn your back on me and betray me through lies to our Master as you surely will . . . I have one more order you will obey.? Null tried to sit up, blood floating from his face mask. His left arm was gone, making rising impossible though. On Regentis face there was a short hint of amusement. Then he helped his Master. ?Find the Jedi who did this to us. Find Kira Kara Romar. And make.

Location: Aboard the Shadowstrike; Hyperspace, headed for the Orinda Marshalling Point

Ayano Ebele shifted her position slightly in the overhead locker she was hiding in aboard the Shadowstrike.
She listened to the noise of the engines, curling in fright as they reved suddenly, the sound echoing through her head. Shoving two small fingers into her ears, she squeezed her eyes shut; a couple of tears escaped while she waited for the nightmare to end.
She really hated flying in small spacecraft.

Either by some oversight or perhaps it was another test, but she had not been told how she was meant to get to Orinda. So she?d had to improvise. And it was now taking all her efforts to keep herself hidden in the force from the Sith she was less than willingly sharing the ship with.

Resigning herself to the noise, she pulled her fingers out of her ears and began to suck her thumb. It was covered in grease, but no one had ever bothered to correct her and so in some more domestic areas of life she possessed childish innocence.

Hugging her knees to her chest with her other hand, she snuffled and paused in her thumb sucking to wipe her nose on the cuff of her black robe, thinking of the terrifying sith sitting within 2 meters of her, and the horrible claws, the mask?
Whimpering, she cowered in her hiding place.
She was never scared when she had a job to do, because she knew everything immediately; the when, where, what, how. But when she didn?t have a specific target, she was alone and fear consumed her.

The sith that she was petrified of was now so close!
Of course, she?d only ever glimpsed him once or twice, but she?d heard rummours about his claws; how he?d once pulled apart a sith apprentice with them and she remembered how she herself had been threatened with the same fate by one of her trainers.

The sounds of her own crying fills her head as she unwillingly drifts back.

?You stupid little whelp! I should hand you over to Darth Nocture!?
?Nooooo??
?You know what he?ll do, don?t you???
There is a pause, in which only her own sobbing is heard, she feels the instructor coming closer- he leans down and grabs the front of her robe, pulling her from the ground and whispering to her a low threat.
?He?ll rip your eyes out with those claws of his; he?ll shave your head and carve sith rune symbols into your skin, until the blood finishes pouring from your little blue hide.?
Eyes widening in horror, she remembers trembling in terror.

She is trembling now.

Music: Passacaglia - Bear McCreary
Maneuvering thrusters across the Vandar Dusk-class vessel fired as it slipped into the traffic, neatly masked in the flow of vessels out of Christophsis.

A holographic display in the centre of the bridge showed the situation outside in two parts. One displayed the immediate area, twenty kilometers around the vessel. The other showed a more broad situational outlook, to a distance of four thousand kilometers.

The situation was not what had been expected. Across the galaxy, everything was rapidly shifting. Scattered reports indicated that the Wolatarian fleet, along with a Galactic Alliance task force had encountered Nagai in the Trenwyth system. Now, the neutral world that should have been a marshaling point, had become another conflict in the downward spiral of galactic affairs. Concealed beneath light signal masking, and the traffic around the planet, Felix's tiny vessel analyzed the situation. Jumping between holonet nodes, and concentrating the signal into a narrow beam, the electronic warfare vessel was discretely feeding terabytes of electronic signal data back every second to the Galactic Alliance's information centers.

Felix looked over the holo-table and then moved towards the windscreen, upon which was projected tactical data and electronic signal hits. A touch of the window and he could display any electronic data and even connect into some audio feeds from individual vessels in his field of vision. A quick tap of a menu gave him the ability to blacken the actual view and display a visual feed from 360 degrees around the vessel. It had taken him several weeks to get use to the immense amount of data the vessel could produce, and now he was once again overwhelmed. He had long since disabled the audio feed, as the clutter of comms traffic was too great to filter through.

The Wolatarian crew, who had abandoned the Resurgent fleet and joined the Galactic Alliance, like himself, operated the vessel's systems. Lieutenant Verdo was the former helmsman of the Celestial Duchess and now was the first officer aboard the Grey Solace. Glancing over the defensive fleet of the planet, he commented; "Not enough firepower to hold itself against two Scythe-Class Cruisers, if you ask me. We contacted someone down there. Looks like a first attack has ravaged the Imperial Mission. Now they´re siding with the Empire. Demanding retaliation for whatever."

Felix snapped out of his trance, moving the tactical display, soaking in as much information as his mind could handle.

"It's an absolute mess, that's what it is. And I can't see us able to hold here more than another twenty minutes. I hope the Alliance gets some use out of the data they are getting." He said, hands clasping behnd his back and he walked back to the centre of the small bridge and the holo-table. Before the lieutenant responded, the comms officer interjected.

"Captain, do you know a man called Tahnan?"

It took Felix only a minute to recall the name, and he sped to the officer's side, asking, "do you have contact with him? Patch him through, if you do..."

Zoren
Jedi Temple, Coruscant

The Chiss showed no emotion while being briefed. The Nagai Invasion and the implicit conspiracy by the Sith would be his next target. He had guessed they would finally send him to something Sith-related, but this was a challenging task, to say at least. But who else was left? Lowbacca dead, Romar vanished, the Shadows trying to regain their ground, after the Sith revealing. Zorben was the logical choice. The most competent one.

Wolf Sazen asked him it he was up to it. The man, his hands folded behind his back, his dark clothes and robes not revealing him as a Jedi, looked at the Zabrak with his red gleaming eyes and nodded. "Yes." Was all he answered. And in curiosity he raised his brows. "Is there any useful intelligence to give me a starting point or am I on my own?" He asked, without the least accusation. Every Jedi had to do his part in this war. He would do his. He would find out what was behind the Nagai threat and how the Sith were connected. It was only a matter of time. The better prepared he was send there, the faster it would happen. But he would turn rocks until he found what he was searching. It was his habit never to give up. And it was also his habit never to fail.

Some considered Zoren an arrogant man. Some thought he was brilliant. The first was probably more true. But the second served it´s purpose, as a reputation. In the end he served the force, as all Jedi did. Each and every one in his own ways.

"Otherwise I would book myself a passage into the area and begin asking questions." He said with a serene smile. A smile that showed not the slightest humor.

His hands released each other on the back and he folded them now gbefore his chest, as he eyed the Jedi Master. Even Wolf Sazen had been changed by this war. The growing unease among the Jedi was probably very well inteded by the Sith. The battle of the force was usually decided in the souls of those who could touch it. It looked like the Sith were gaining ground. It was a blessing he had never felt much of anything. Logic and the force had always been enough for him. Feelings were only confusion. Waiting to happen.

Considering the massive amount of soldiers to secure planets and the need to secure systems to avoid being flanked by the enemy gave the Nagai-Invasio natural limits, obviously. Which the Sith had well known. The question was where was the line and what happen once it was reached. If Wolf Sazen had nothing to offer, he would go looking for clues in the conquered systems. He assumed slavers were working there now, to make sure the Nagai made best use of their human rassources. Or would the Sith claim these men? Maybe they would not be able to resist the temptation and reveal themselves through their need for human souls. Usually if you wanted someone to appear, you needed something he desired. He would follow the Sith´s desires and they would reveal themselves. That was the easy part. Surviving what would happen then, that was where things were a little tricky still . . .

IC: Denak Sal(Darth Nocture)
Location: Aboard the Shadowstrike; Hyperspace, headed for the Orinda Marshalling Point

Hyperspace, the one place Denak truly felt at home. The bright white streaks of light brought back memories of his childhood, memories of a time when he had been happy. He quickly banished the thoughts, they were not the thoughts of an Assassin, and most certainly not the thoughts of a Sith Lord. His mother had been weak, and coddled him too often for his own good. She had ultimately paid her price, but he felt as if he were still paying it with every breath he took.

To keep his mind from wandering too much, his thoughts wandered back to the void in his overhead locker. It was the only place on his ship that he couldn't "see" at the moment, for Miraluka saw not with eyes, but with the force. The void hadn't bothered him when he'd first felt it, for the force hadn't warned him of any danger. But it continued to nag at the back of his mind. It was most likely a stowaway, but it was a small one if it was. But it wasn't moving at the moment, so it didn't really matter. For now, it was time to rest. He swiftly removed his "claws", then set the auto-pilot. He drifted to sleep listening to the soft purring of the hyperdrive.

Seven minutes, thirty two seconds till reversion.

Another drip of condensation from the computer coolant system struck the durasteel plated floor of the Lost Horizons' bridge; a repetitive sound echoing every twenty-one seconds over the hum of processor fans and the hyperdrive below. The temperature was hovering about eight degrees above zero centigrade, and the forward windscreen was frosted over. Sage paced over and checked the hyperdrive monitor, before returning to the other side to recheck navigation. The had left a refueling port outside the Tatoo system an hour ago, but the had been on board the vessel for nearly fifteen hours since departing the Antar Nebula.

Another drip struck the floor plate. Seven minutes, eleven seconds. Sage?s wife, Asur poured a cup of caf from the bridge mess and walked back into the room, returning to her seat at the comms desk. Sage moved to the engineering console and booted the engine mainframe.

?Guess I should get the sublight warmed up? I do hope the rest of the fleet is at the marshalling area already. Spin the weapons computer up just in case they aren?t and we?re alone when we revert, love.? Sage said as he worked on the ignition for the main sublight engines. His breath hung visibly in the air as he spoke.

?Not a problem, should just take a minute and I?ll do a servo check. Gun two was sluggish coming online the other day.? Asur said, keying the console in front of her.

Plipt.

?We?ve got to do something about the condensation and the temperature in here as well.? Sage said.

?Yeah, we do? Mind if I put on the music?? Asur asked.

?Sure, go ahead. It?s too quiet in here, anyways??

Music: Black Market
Six minutes later the gravitational anomaly alarm chimes and the vessel dropped out of hyperspace eighteen seconds before it was intended to. Asur and Sage both snapped to attention and cued the scanners. The display light up in dozens of blue dots, transmitting friendly beacons. The other vessels were white untill the datalink established itself with the Neo'vana and they turned red. Asur quickly pulled up the comm.

"Alliance forces, Alliance forces; Wolatarian Five-one Kappa. Mark as friendly. Limited stores on board; defensive capable only. Requiring SITREP and instructions."

The older Bomber rolled and pitched to avoid two fast moving hostile fighters, a spray of 35mm slugs ripping out at them. Sage floored the throttle on the bomber and it surged ahead towards the bulk of the fleet several hundred kilometers away.
