Just a friendly reminder from the CR that the "attendance at the meeting prior to an event" clause will also be in place for this get together.

I'm going to set a loose RSVP date of Feb 28th. That way if I need to reserve more than the 6 lanes we already have I still have the opportunity to do so. However, if you don't know if you can come until after the 28th don't fret it - I'm sure we'll still have room.

A slightly firmer count will also help when it comes to figuring out dinner reservations.

That means exactly what it says. If you plan on attending the event, you should have also been at the meeting, or put forth an effort to come. You can't just do the fun things and not put the work in.

Over on Rochesters board, there is talk of a trophy for the Roll-off. I suggested the possibility of a nicer trophy that we compete for possession of every year. Sorta like the Stanley Cup or something. What do you guys think?

 

I think I was the first one to suggest something like that.

Initially I was going to get one that was specific for this year.
For the other club that we get bowling trophies for we have a little plaque with the date and 1st Annual, 2nd Annual, etc on the trophy. That's what I was going to do for this one as well.
Unfortunatly I haven't been able to get out to the trophy shop so the trophy probably won't be ready by the 5th anyways which means we can go whatever route folks would like.
