2 questions about C4...

    I tried emailing GenCon almost a week now but I guess they're really busy to answer this; I was hoping someone here might know:
    - are 'video cameras' allowed in C4. I dont wanna bring mines on the plane trip if I cant use it.
    - are there any ATMs inside the convention center? Or nearby?
