Actually, just to make this even more confusing, there is no IG-88, there's IG-88A, IG-88B, IG-88C and IG-88D. IG-88B was the one in TESB.

She/he was saying that its confusing to have identical-looking IG-88A, IG-88B, IG-88C, and IG-88D. She/he was NOT saying that its confusing to have IG-86 in TCW and IG-88 in ESB without IG-87 showing up anywhere.

Ventress, Boba Fett, and maybe Wedge. The rest might as well be new characters to a n00b like me.Galen Marek I'm not sure I care about seeing again. Maul just needs to be dealt with.

I think they've only ever used Artoo, Arthree, Arfour, Arsix and Arseven for one droid in the movies and TCW (R2-D2, R3-S6, R4-P17, R6-H5 and R7-A7). I don't think they've ever mentioned an Arfive.

Is that the droid that blew up on Luke in ANH?

Well Flat Top, I beg your pardon, U9 C4, is a member of D Squad, and if such a fine bunch of rebellious droids make a return then the type of mech R5 D4 is would be well represented.

I think Prune Face (Orrimaarko) should be in SW Rebels. Looking at his Wookieepedia article, he has got a rather interesting backstory as a resistance leader against the Empire which is relevant and could pretty easily tie into show.

Also, let's not forget that "When the face is a prune, the action goes BOOM!"

    This is most displeasing.

Best News All Day. Terrible Character mostly due to being OP and his impact on the wider story.

I'm surprised this guy isn't on the poll.

He's the best character in the entire series, with Asajj and Cad "Badass" Bane a little bit behind.

The only two TCW characters on the poll are Ashoka and Ventress. I love seeing Underworld type characters and wish we could have seen more of him.

I suppose they could use characters that were originally suppose to appear in Star Wars: Underworld.

Either that, or perhaps Disney can start shelling out money for the project. Too much potential. I don't want it to become wasted potential.

The Dark Times has 19 years to fill. A series is needed. Should have done that since 08 and not TCW. Just hope they don't focus too much on Jedi. I want to see normal people!

As much as I love her character, I want to see a lightsaber duel to the death between Ahsoka and Vader.

How such a duel would go down would necessarily depend on how much she was in the show in the lead up.

If she suddenly shows up one episode out of the blue, having never been on Rebels before, then anything other than a swift and brutal curbstomp is likely to have people complaining about her being overpowered and being a Mary Sue. After all, the last we knew she was a distraught waif of a teenage padawan walking down the temple steps. And now suddenly, Ubersoka?!?!? So a one-ep-show pretty much needs to be a curbstomp.

Conversely, if she goes blade to blade with Vader and gives a damn good accounting of herself in the battle, making him work for the kill, (to where it's clear to the audience that he isn't toying with her like with Luke in ESB, but is in fact in a fight where he had better watch himself) there pretty much has to have been some previous eps, maybe even an arc or two, dealing, at least in a general way, with what she was up to between TCW:TWJ and the now, thus believably explaining how her power continued to develop and grow even after she left the Order.
