Maybe this weekend before/after the meeting we can go looking for some cloth. I was able to get some this summer when I made my version that worked really nice. Let me know if you would like to go do this :) I could look around a price fabrics for a costume also (if I can decide which one to do[face_laugh])

That con wasn't sponsored by the NRA was it? [face_thinking]

It's too bad you guys missed FilmCon 5. There was some absolutely stunning artwork there. Main Star Wars characters amazingly rendered and then silk screened into 6 foot by 3 foot banners that they then auctioned off for charity at the end. I ended up getting out of there with the Kenobi one and a spare Vader one they had made.

The artist, Bryan Arendt, is a terrific sport who has decided to do a series of pieces for our project which we will have silk screened into banners to promote the film when we host it here in the theatre.

This is an example of the one he did for Sean as Lando. He's going to do one for me as Antilles, Jim as Han, Krista as Leia, and a few more as well. It was this photo that inspired the true colors for Landos shirt as we hadn't decided on it until we saw this image.

With Dash Rendar, we'll be using a dark royal blue for his overalls mixed with the crossover pattern in gold. We're also going to streamline the shoulder guards so that they look more like chiselled armor and less like pillows. :D
