    Looks pretty cool, Chuck. In fact, I think it's safe to say that your costume is as cool as Adam is bald--and let me tell you, that's pretty cool! :D

    I can't see any reason this wouldn't get you into the Rebel Legion.

    I'm thinking about building a heavy blaster instead of the "commando" rifle. Something along the lines of an MG-15 or an MG-34

    You know what they say about guys with big guns....


    Seriously though, for the gun I would highly recomend a rubber version, but resin looks great too. There are a number of hardware tutorials out there that are extremely cost effective and since you have the skill, might be your best bet.

    Got me an RFT helmet kit from TK560. Anyone wanting to do a costume like that should check out the sportsman's guide. They've got the german officer boots for 24.95 and the black BDU shirts for only TEN BUCKS
