I'm in favor though I'm not sure if I can come yet...if I can get home before dark then my parents probably wouldn't have much of a problem with it...

My only problem is finding something for the White Wookiee...I'm broke.

 

It doesn't have to be new, for a white wookie you just pull any old junk you can find and re-gift it.

The party will start around 11-12, you can leave whenever you like so if you wanna leave after a few hours of hanging out that's fine, stay for 5 mins, 5 hours, you'll always have a good time with the IEFF!!

 

Actually, the party will start around noon or later. It's said to be a really slow parade and not scheduled to be over until noon.

Give it up on the "white wookie". That just sounds corny and like it should be made of white chocolate. I don't remember who suggested it, but I liked the idea of "white tauntaun".

Anyway, the gift exchange is something for fun, not a serious thing. We're doing the stealing game with it. So some old, cheesy thing would be great fun!

 

When you see the giant white wookie you'll take that back.

 

Will it be made out of Swiss or Provolone?

 

He'll be eight feet tall and have fur of white.

Huh! Cool! *rummages around stuff* Hmm...I have a couple things I'm willing to part with. And you get to steal? OOOH! I've played this before! At a homeschooling group a few years back, I went to a Christmas party and one of the gifts was a crocheted poodle. Funny gift. Then the next year, guess what one of the gifts was?
A crocheted poodle. Everyone thought it was great and called it 'Return of the Poodle'.

Hmm, I need to plan on cooking something...can't cook much, but I can make pretty good baked stuff. Anybody bringing banana nut bread or snickerdoodles?

And one more question...how do I get there? (assuming my parents are okay with it)

 

Sweet, I should find out this weekend if I can make it to your party. If I don't have to be at work till 5 or 6, I'll definitely be there!!! I'll keep you guys posted. I already got some ideas for my white wookie contribution...

Hey Delta, when I talked to your dad the other day, he mentioned wanting to come to one of our gatherings. Does he know about the Christmas party and can he make it?

See, Saturdays are laundry days for us. We usually do it in the morning but my Dad said we'll have to do it in the afternoon 'cause of the parade.
