Luke stared at the psychologist with wide eyes. ?You?re serious. You?re really asking me what the problem is??

She woman nods. ?I believe I just did.?

With a deep sigh that sounded more like a growl, Luke reached down to his backpack at his feet. How in the world had it come to this? He was sitting on one of those huge overly comfortable arm chairs that could fit up to three people at the same time. Luke took out his personal datapad and handed it over to the psychiatrist. ?That?s the problem.?

For a long moment, she scanned the contents and with each second the frown on her forehead grew just a touch deeper. ?What am I looking at??

?You?re looking at the reason I?m losing my mind.?

?I don?t understand. These are fictional stories.?

?Ah! But they aren?t!? Luke jumped to his feet and began pacing the length of the office. ?You know, I get that the whole Star Wars franchise is a big thing. And I get that the fans write their fiction because the official authors keep messing everything up. But there?s only so much I can take!?

He ran his hands through his unruly blond hair. ?Sure, the countless times Mara and I have had some one on one time together are great but not even I have that much stamina.? He paused for a moment.

?Mara seems to like it, though. But she gets severely angry when someone brings in Callista.?

The psychologist nodded once and handed it over the datapad. ?And what do you think we should do about it??

Luke threw his hands into the air. ?I don?t know! Award them for giving me and my fellow characters the most interesting lives in the entire galaxy? Life?s never boring, I?ll give you that much.? He lifted his head upwards and threw his hands up into the air. ?But come on! I could use a break!?

?Clones?!? Jag gaped as the news settled in. ?You?re joking.?

Kyp shook his head. ?Nope. We have fanclubs, did you know that??

Jag shrugged. ?Well, yeah but ??

?They?ve cloned us, my friend.?

?Uh?why? And how??
Kyp grabbed Jag?s arm and pulled him towards a row of computer monitors. ?He?s the cloning facility manager. His code name is Striker.? He said, pointing at a screen. ?And guess what??
Jag wrinkled his nose. ?Do I want to know??

?They?re advertising, Jag!? He punched a button and one of the screens shifted to Striker wearing a fabulous black suit and smiling in the camera.

The awards were going well so far but honestly ? boring. The presenters went up on stage, talked a bit and then presented the nominees and the awards. But so far nothing interesting had happened.
Wes was going to change that.

?Okay. We?re recording this, right??

?Yep.?

?Great.? Wes took a deep breath and started unbuttoning his shirt. He dropped his jacket and the shirt to the floor, kicked out of his shoes and then let his pants drop. Hobbie had trouble keeping the smile off his face.

With a loud laughing cry, Wes ran onto stage wearing only his birthday suit. Bright white lights settled onto him as she stood with his arms raised upwards.

?I?m the main attraction of the awards!? He yelled at the top of his lungs. Then he hurried off stage, grabbed his clothes and ran as fast as he could.

At least he?d earned fifty credits.
