That is so made of EPIC WIN and DOUBLE RAINBOW ALL THE WAY! Love the fact that I haven't seen anything like that before, and the ruffles are inventive and great! Awesome job!

I was just wondering: I'm new to the boards as well (just joined a few days ago), what do you mean by "unlicensed dealers"? Thanks.

"unlicensed dealers" = anyone who makes costumes or pieces without official permission or royalties being paid to Lucas or whomever. If I start making jedi cloaks, and selling them as Jedi Cloaks, I'm in trouble. If I just sell brown cloaks, that's my business.

I wanted to post the progress on my Family Guy Giant Chicken Boba Fett costume. Its about 95% complete and coming along BEAUTIFULLY! Most of the components were ordered off ebay such as the gauntlets, chicken suit, toy blaster, and belt packs. Here are a few photos I've taken of the process.

    Spray painted toy blaster

I'll put up more pictures when I get someone to take some shots of me in the full costume.

Wow, your clone looks really good! And congrats on getting approved to the RL! I'm still putting the final touches on my Jedi, then i'm going to submit to the RL :).

A last minute costume for me, Padme's "Bombad Jedi" white costume. I wasn't originally going to make this, but because there was going to be a special TCW screening in NYC (Dec 7th), I knew I needed a new costume.

It will also be nice to have another costume that is recognizable to kids besides my ANH Leia for trooping. No one ever knows who Padme is in her other costumes, so I only wear them for cons anymore. I wore my Snowbunny Padme to a troop a few weeks ago and only ONE child knew who I was *sigh*.
