Challenge 2010 Oldies Challenge (Winner announced!)

Ok so this is my first challenge but I hope it will still work out rather well.

This challenge came from my realization that the old characters are dead. So this is my attempt to revive them!

I mean who doesn't miss Kyp, Qui-gon, and all the rest of them???

Rules

The rules would be:

A word limit of 2,000 (If you want to make a feature length story that's fine but only the first post counts).

You must include three words. Which I will send out Via Pms after everyone has signed up. These three words will need to be important in your story. They can?t just be mentioned. Like if I sent you the word Black and the entire story has to revolve around the word black, be it color or emotional or whatever else the writer comes up with.

You must have a foreshadowing in the story somewhere.

Example

Luke stared at Leia with a bemused smile on his face. "If you're not careful a guy like Han could make you end up an old crone. Stuck alone with three kids and an old aching back. And somehow he'll still drag you on adventures!"

And

?Holy Kriff Kyp. You?re way too attached to your lightsaber! I bet if you had your way you?d apprentice a sword!?

Characters you could use

Young Kyp( or teenage) But none of this old Crotchety Kyp.
Leia and Han (Back when there was a fire in their relationship. Not some boring spark.)
Luke and Mara (The good old times when Mara was trying to kill him and stuff.)
Tionne as a youthful musician.
Qui-gon! (Youth or anything!)
Master Tam and his wife whom I can't remember her name.
Corran Horn meeting Mirax and such mush.
Sabe/Obi-wan (I haven't seen any of that in a long long while!)

And if you think of anyone else send me a Pm and if it fits I'll come back and add it to the list

Timeframe

Let?s say:
You have until March 31 to sign up.
Stories need to be in by April 15
Voting will take place by April 31

I don't think he's dead. Unless it happened in the novel that just came out this week and, if so, that's a spoiler and needs to be blacked out.

 

A new novel came out this week? If he just died this week, then we haven't had time to miss him yet!

I think Raphire means stories with the young Kyp, not NJO Kyp, hence he used him as an example.
