Thanx for the warm welcome CYR! And thanx to Nnay for contacting me about the opportunity to begin with. I've blocked out Saturday AM and will plan on participating.

We are a Non-Canon entry, and there will not be any other Vaders in attendance at all...other than your Sithness, Lord Slayer.

    Thanks for stepping up! =D=

Thanks for committing to be there, Stacy. We all appreciate it.

I will be parking at the main Coors Field lot, too. So I'll watch out for you there.

I'm sure that either Linda or I can help babysit Vader. We charge about $15 an hour, so you'd be getting off cheap. Plus we get to raid the fridge.

Any sort o' St. Patrick's flair would be great!

    Plan for WOTR Staging...

    1. Gives us an easy spot to bring the float in from in the morning, and keeps it secure overnight from the potential elements.
    2. Gives us an easy place to carpool from for lots of people.
    3. Allows certain costume pieces (to be worn during the parade) to be carted in and not have to carry them from Parking to Limerick St. (NO CARS NOT IN THE PARADE ALLOWED IN THE STAGING AREA - NOT EVEN FOR DROP OFFS!!!).
    4. And finally, it gives us a place to park the float for after parade meetups. :)

8AM - Get the float from Dave.
8-8:30AM - Load it up and check it out.
8:30AM - Caravan over to the parade staging at Limerick St.

No, there's still parking downtown, but they strongly encourage carpooling, because it is limited and everything else is so expensive.

The museum is just a convenient place for people to gather for the purposes of carpooling into downtown.

Stacy, your costume will fit in the float for transportation.

We so need a mobile changing room!

I know some people live so close to downtown that it may not make sense for them to come to WotR. However, I will be bringing Sarnia to the museum, and I'll even try to clean my car out. :)

Sorry I couldn't make it to help paint. Still working out costume. I will be thrift store hunting to see if I can revive my Hoth Leia, otherwise I may be able to pull together my Jaina Solo. (Not that anyone will recognize me but who cares I get a lightsaber  ) I'll double check with my BFF tomorrow and see if she is in. I'll probably park at the parade lot only 'cause I may need to meet up with the parentals at the parade so, we can cordinate getting lunch and heading off to our bowling league in the afternoon.

I thought about that last night too. If that's the case, then I'll just plan on meeting at WOTR @ 8 AM.

'Tis cheap indeed. Given the current devaluation of the dollar, that works out to about 0.0875 Republic Credits. A steal at twice the price! :)

Be forewarned, the fridge is stocked full of terribly-healthy fare these days...
