I picked up an extra copy of "The Courtship of Princess Leia" at Half Price Books if anyone wants to borrow it.

Oh I agree with your statement completely my Jammies, I can see how it could add to the richness of TPM... that's why I'm determined to finish it. And Appo is also right, it's now getting "very" interesting. I'm going to finish it tonight. [face_dancing]

This was a great book. Even if it did have a hyperdrive equipped TIE Interceptor.

A couple of my recent recommended reads:

Darth Vader and the Ghost Prison (Dark Horse comic)- this series just finished up and what a finish...pick it up when it comes out in trade paperback.

Lost Tribe of the Sith:The Collected Stories by John Jackson Miller- the history of the Lost Tribe of the Sith as introduced in the Fate of the Jedi series. Ever wonder how a society of Sith cut off from the rest of the galaxy would function? A must read for any fans of the Sith.

Darn. Well get that OT money anyway and read the book anyway.

Since Jammies hasn't given us any cute quotes from the book yet here's a couple to whet your interest...

"Your scores in calculus are an atrocity, and you think square roots refer to artificial hair!"

She frowned. "Were you just looking at my rear end?"
"Um...I'm not the actor Two is, so I'll just say...yes."
"Now's not the time." She turned forward again and glided across the intersection.
She barely heard his whispered reply:"So, theoretically, there would be a time."

    "You'll be my controller."
    "Oh, if only."

"Can we offer you some caf?"
"No. I assume you're a prisoner of General Thaal. Can I offer you some escape?"

"You don't want to mess with the musicians' union."
    "Really?"
"No, I'm kidding. What are they going to do, serenade you to death?"

"Of course I convinced her. I can convince any woman of anything."
"Not when you smell like that."
Turman took a couple of seconds to answer. "I'd kill you if you weren't right."

I loved seeing everyone Monday night, I so needed the light of my freinds and my Star Wars fix, Wow... the ladies got off on tangents didn't we? Apologies guys, for some reason we couldn't "Stay On Target". But we had a wonderful evening! And my Jammies, the models as always were a grand hit! =D=

And alright everyone.... Stay tuned for a new game coming your way! [face_batting]

Wasn't there a video tutorial floating around somewhere too? Maybe you want to start a gaming thread for this?

    Gaming thread? Done.
Next book is Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, for December.

I guess that means I better start working on polls for 2013. Stang! Where did 2012 go?

Tim Zahn's new book comes out late December, so that is an easy pic for February. Anyone have any selections, favorites, ideas, for the other 5 books? 11-11 don't be shy! You have excellent taste, and have read as many books as I have. Twisty? Mika? Zannah and Appo any part of Star Wars EU you would like to learn more about or maybe you all would like to discuss Darth Bane? Folks who don't come to BC, anything we can do differently to accommodate you? Maybe pick a comic for discussion? Star Wars Origami workshop?

    Both great books Appo!

Yeah, I like the avatar too! X-wing vs. The poopdog E-wing from the Mercy Kill cover art. It isn't my old cutsy yoda, but its more me. So, less yoda but more JAMMIES.
