Yes, it is required, according to the (admittedly stupid) laws of Yahoo's fantasy sports streamlining process.

 

Update:

According to the league site, we now have 14 players/potential players who should have an invite in their e-mail box (if you didn't get one, please remind me to send another one). If anyone else wants to join, they can, but I would like to shut down signups in a day or two so that we can get to the Draft.

Okay, just to be clear, we are using the league Jedi Gunny created, not the one LloydChristmas sent out invites for right? Just want to make sure I am in the right one. And any updates on the draft while I am at it?

what part of i don't like fantasy football anymore is so hard to understand vin? i've been fighting the rooting for people/teams i don't like just so i get points in something i've been getting bored with for a couple of years, and it just doesn't hold any appeal for me anymore. so no, nothing changes.

i will repeat what is pretty much the entire reason i posted in this thread other than to say don't call me for a fill in, which is this: hope you guys have fun this season, enjoy it, etc, etc.

Hey, FYI -- what's the deal with the draft? Getting close and the site indicates Offline Draft for now...

 

I must first draft my first 9 players then you are up.

 

I already know who i wanna pick for my QBs, Defense, and running back

 

From the sound of it, we will be having a live draft. Only issue now is when.

I'd lean towards this upcoming weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. Any druthers on this, or should it be next week sometime (i.e. Monday or Tuesday next week)?
