Buff, NY 2013 Meeting Dates

As discussed at the January meeting upon requests from several members, we have set tentative dates for the February through June meetings. These are still open to move a little but it is in the best interest to be able to provide as much time for members who wish to attend.

There will be separate threads for each meeting as we get closer for planning purposes, but we wanted to give everyone a chance to mark their calendars.

The meetings will be held at the McKinley Mall Community Room unless a more suitable location can be found.

Here is the meeting schedule. All meetings will start at 7pm unless otherwise noted.

I'm good for all dates, however the May 18th meeting is up in the air right now - my wife and I might be doing something for my birthday (which is actually on the 19th).

Feb 23 and Mar 23 are already reserved for the McKinley Mall community room unless someone offers to host at home.

Kathleen had volunteered to host in February.
I will check w hubby about hosting in March. Anyone else up for hosting?

as it stands with my new schedule i am available for all the meeting dates. yay!

 

Just got invited to test for my 4th degree in Isshin-ryu and 2nd in Kenpo on May 18; I now won't be able to make that meeting.

 

I'm out for May 18th as well.

So far that's myself, Bill, Michelle, Victor out for May 18....

 

I will be able to make the meetings based on work.
So far if the schedule holds I may be at the February meeting. Will update as soon as I find out

I'm probably out for April, but the other dates look to be ok.

 

As it looks right now I should be all good for these meeting dates....although some people better be ready to party after the june 15th meeting

 

March 23rd I will actually be able to attend! (unless I get snowed in at the airport in Boston)

 

Unable to confirm meeting dates that far ahead. I will attend as work schedule allows and will respond on threads as they become available.

IIRC, we're in the Community Room at the McKinley Mall again, Norma.

You are correct, Victor. March 23 mtg is at the McKinnley Mall. April 20 will be hosted by Michelle & Greg.
May will be held at a rehearsal. Date TBD. Discussed at meeting- trying for an informal dinner w Anthony
JUNE 15th - mandatory mtg the SAT before Bison's game- location TBD
