Yeah they really do. They don't have the elephant wang of the STR or the double wang of the Lotus.

I loved Williams color scheme and design as well. Looks just as great this year.

 

So, Ferrari, Sauber, Lotus and McLaren have dropped their designs. Thoughts?

Might just be Ferrari.

But I was referring to the removal of the FIAT logo in favour of an Alfa-Romeo logo. And, if you look under UPS, you'll see Gene Haas' company logo too.

 

What is Weichai? Weichei literally means "soft egg" in German and is the equivalent of calling someone a wimp.

 

Chinese power and automotive company. Been a SF sponsor since 2013 or so.

I'm tipping another Merc dominated season. I think the rest of the field should be a little more competitive compared to last year, but even so, Mercedes still to have the edge, IMO.

Talking of having the edge, I reckon Lewis now has the edge over Rosberg and so my guess is that Hamilton may win the drivers championship relatively comfortably this year.

Would be great to see Williams back on top wouldn't it?

 

I would expect the top 5 to be a Mercedes lead, but with strong challenges from Red Bull with DR; Williams with Massa and Bottas; Ferrari with Sebastian Vettel, and possibly Grosjean in the Lotus.

I'm not that impressed by Kyvat in the RB in testing, so we'll see if he turns out to be an inspired choice or not. And Kimi? I think Kimi will be competitive but eclipsed by his teammate.

McLaren-Honda will struggle with what looks like an excellent car hampered by a suboptimal power unit. However, their partnership in the late 80s is still the stuff of legend, especially the '88 season, so I wouldn't rule them out just yet. I think 2016 will be their target year for return to form.

Dreadful quali from McLaren. Melbourne is normally one of their strongest tracks as well...

 

So Merc 1-2. Well I'm not sure if I'm going to watch this live at 1:00am or just use the good old PVR. This is going to be a long year for Ferrari again.
