    I’ve partied at both colleges and UMBC was a much better experience. Based on only that fact alone, it was no shocker they won haha. Loved watching that game texting everyone in awe. As always, all day and forever go TARHEELS!

    In the women's tournament, UConn more than avoided the upset: they won 140-52, scoring more points in the first quarter than their opponent did all game. :eek:

    I know, but I wouldn't be surprised if Geno used last night's game to focus their attention, especially since there had been a 16 seed upset of a number 1 seed in the women's tournament before.

    yeah, I saw that UConn score, wow.

    the Maine women’s team plays later today against Texas. I was able to go to the conference final up here in Bangor, was a fun game and really great to see them make the tournament. I don’t expect them to go very far, but hopefully they can at least make it a good game against Texas.

    No surprise at all to see Loyola advance, as long as the selection committee is going to continue to underseed these MVC teams, they are gonna keep knocking teams out.

    Feel terrible for those Houston kids. Inbound defense was just a second off, they defended about as well as you could ask for.

    My butt fell asleep! Oh well I missed a great ending even though I despise Michigan. Almost every game has been entertaining to the end. Love the MADNESS! Go HEELS!

    Thought that was bad strategy by MSU. I would have missed the last free throw at the end so I could get a closer shot instead of having to go full court in three seconds. Hell, I thought they were going to miss intentionally with 7 seconds to go, on the previous trip to the free throw line.

    i hate syracuse. i hate michigan state, too, but syracuse pulls this lame ass move every few years. lose a ton of games one year, cry when they don't get in, lose a ton of games the next year, get in, and then inexplicably beat great teams.

    edit - how in the mother of **** do you get outrebounded 51-30, make exactly one 3pter, and win the game - in detroit. you're syracuse, that's how!

    I thought the players from Syracuse played a pretty good defensive gave.

    I grew up north of Syracuse, still enjoy watching them occasionally. Didn’t expect them to do this well this year though.
