Michael Friedman, 41. Creator of "Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson" and other Broadway shows.
Yikes that's obviously way too young.
Len Wein, longtime comics writer and editor, responsible for creating Wolverine, among other characters.
really sad. bernie wrightson also died earlier this year, he and len co-created swamp thing.
like bernie, len did a lot of major, groundbreaking work for both marvel and DC.
Yeah, both Swamp Thing creators in the same year...
R.I.P. Len Wein. Thanks for creating Wolverine.
Royal Shakespeare Company founder Peter Hall.
Mark LaMura, best known for playing Erica Kane's half - brother on All My Children.
So not really known at all.
Er, this one is pretty well known -- all of the daytime soaps that went off the air were significantly more popular until relatively recently. I knew this guy (and most of the AMC, RH, OLTL crews) from my time home sick from school and in college...
I'll let jp-30 be the judge
Ugh that sucks. I was so addicted to this show way back in the day.

I remember his name from an episode of TNG. He's the white bodysuit guy that "evolves" into an energy being. He also had healing powers; he fixed Worf's broken neck.
Frank Vincent. Pretty much think of the big mob movies or shows and he was in them. Goodfellas, Casino, The Sopranos.
He could play a great mobster. Perfect as Phil Leotardo in The Sopranos.
Goodfellas is my favorite movie. And he was part of arguably its most iconic moment. RIP Mr. Vincent
Well, he's no Peter Hall.
He usually only had smaller roles, it was great that he got such a big role in the Sopranos to put his talent on full display.
Hüsker Dü Drummer Grant Hart -- Not a celebrity, but someone who created some of my favorite music, and inspired and influenced so much more
Sorry to hear about Grant Hart.
Jessi Zazu, lead singer of Them Darlins, of cervical cancer. She was 28.
**** cancer, y'all...
28! **** you cancer!
And the band is/was Those Darlins. dang my trying to do these quickly while at work. Give em a chance, they had a really good modern alt/indie country sound...
Turns out his songs were my favorite ones on the one album I had by them. I remember really liking "Never Talking To You Again," "Pink Turns To Blue," and "Turn On The News."
