Remember that other people can be right about stuff and know something, I-5. And to read manuals. You kind of derail single contest thread by repeatedly asking the things that just require people to RTM.

 

You have your issues; I have mine.

 

I for one have been confused and frustrated any number of times in the last few weeks. Let's grant each other a little slack, okay? That goes for all concerned.

It's nearly 10:00 PST now -- just a little over two hours to go. Hope to see some more nominations before time's up!

 

I can say, as a person who has run the awards for two years and who has done countless challenges, ALMOST EVERYONE is bad at reading instructions and rules. While it is annoying to have to repeat things laid out, it is to be expected, especially with something as complicated as the Awards.

 

I should probably note that that was my time to check that was up, not the time to send in nominations. My bad!

 

*I* found it confusing, and I *did* read the manual. A few times. I only ended up nominating a few, and there were some of those where I couldn't figure out which category to nominate them in.

The FF Awards are confusing. Always have been. Kudos and a Medal of Valor to those brave enough to take them on!

 

I am the first to admit that I would not dare to.
