Below are the voting rules and the list of all nominees in the 2017 Fan Fiction Awards. Please read carefully and then send in those votes!

Please do NOT post your votes in this thread and do NOT send them to me.​

Send them instead to The Golden Yoda following the procedure described below.​

Remember, there are colours for the person who sends in the most votes across all categories

Voting dates: From Monday 10 April to Sunday 23 April at midnight PST.

Voting for: All categories.

GENERAL VOTING RULES

• You must send your votes by PM to The Golden Yoda. Any votes sent to the wrong sock/an individual volunteer will not be counted.
• You may vote for only one nominee per category.
• You can vote only for the stories that made it to the voting round (obviously!)
• You do not need to vote in every category if you do not wish to do so.
• Anyone is eligible to vote, whether reader, writer or lurker.
• Lurker accounts will be verified by the mods to ascertain that they are not socks and votes will not be counted if the account is deemed suspicious.
• Authors may not vote for themselves, including for stories that they co-authored.
• Anyone caught voting multiple times with a sock will be banned and no longer eligible to participate in the awards in any way.

1) Head over to the Excerpts and Synopses Thread to read more about the nominees.​

2) Open a PM convo with The Golden Yoda and type “2017 votes” in the title bar.​

3) Copy-paste this post in your PM, delete the nominees you don’t want to vote for and keep only those you’re voting for.​

4) Make sure you don’t delete the category names! We won’t be able to figure out what you’re voting for if you do.​

5) Please do not change the order of the categories. It will make vote-counting more complicated if you do.​

Alright, having gotten my drabbles out of the way, I am looking at these now. Easy ones excised; now I am reviewing the excerpts and synopses...

Edit: Mm. Actually quite grateful to those of you who do not provide excerpts; less last minute reading for me to have to do. Of course, you do diminish your chances.
