Roch, NY 2nd Annual Rebellion vs North Ridge Bowl Off

As interest was expressed at the last meeting, I contact BobaChris so we can start planning the 2nd Annual Rebellion vs. North Ridge Bowl off.

North Ridge has requested a Saturday date.
I'm guessing we'll be heading out to the bowling alley in Batavia again like last year.

Here's what the Saturday's are looking like so far for me:
March 3rd - out for KS and I
March 10th - out for BobaChris
March 17th - free-ish
March 24th - North Ridge has an event
March 31st - Polar Plunge event in morning/afternoon
April 7th - free-ish
April 14th - free-ish

Not taking into account my knee, here's what the Saturdays are looking like so far for us at this moment unless I forgot something. March 17th. looks best, but isn't there a parade or something for St. Patrick's Day on that date? Sundays look much better.

March 3rd - Lollipop Farm telethon (3-9)?
March 10th - Gaming (1-5) and WXXI (6:30-11)
March 17th - free-ish
March 24th - Gaming (1-5)
March 31st - Polar Plunge event in morning/afternoon & Simcon
April 7th - Gaming (1-5)
April 14th - free-ish (UBCon)

 

yes there is a parade for st pattys day here in syracuse but we didnt get any interest this year so we havent bothered to sign up LOL

If I was to bring a friend that is not a member but likes to bowl, could they play for our chapter?

I am free any Saturday. I just need 2 weeks notice.

I think how we did it last year was that they could play, but their score didn't count towards the trophy. Or maybe I'm thinking of the Tranquility... who by the way want to join in on this as well since they normally have a tourney in March anyways.

As for the bowling, it's in BobaChris' court (lane?) now, just waiting to hear back from him regarding what North Ridge decided at their last meeting.

I'd like to do something star wars-y, but I don't know what kind of transportation I'll have since I'm flying in, and I won't have e-mail access at home, so I can't check the boards.

This has been postponed indefinitely as at this time, there isn't any interest from The North Ridge (per a PM from their CR).
