Roch, NY 2nd Annual Regional FF Holiday Dinner - FOOD OPTIONS

Ok now that we've started to reach our goal attendance, I need to determine the menu...

We are trying to keep the cost to aprox $12-$15 per person. The more people we have the more food options we can add, on the same token, the less people we have the fewer food options we'll be able to buy. The plan is to have soda included in the per person price. However, anything purchased from the bar will be up to the individual to pay.

From the choices below, please reply to this post with your top 3 favorite choices in order (most to least). Also, please note - our boards have unlimited editing time so if you change your mind, please edit your original post - don't make a new post.

(1) Appetizers:
Cheese & Cracker Tray
Assorted Veggie Tray (served w/ 2 dipping sauces)

(2) Entree 1:
Meat & Cheese Tray (includes turkey, roast beef, ham, Swiss and American cheese, mayo, mustard, sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and rolls)

(3) Entree 2:
Baked Ziti
Meatballs in sauce
Tossed Salad (choice of 2 dressings)

(4) Entree 3:
Chicken Fingers (served with a spicy finger sauce)

How much would the price increase if we ordered off a small menu like last year?

 

This is the small menu for buffet style based on the per person price I was trying to keep it to. MacGregor's requested that we try to go buffet style if at all possible as they don't have enough cook staff to handle a party our size - even if we all chose from a list of 3 meals off their regular menu.
