To continue the tradition started by Salt City Jedi on Jan 30th 2005, The Rebellion has volunteered to host the 2nd Annual Regional FanForce Holiday Dinner and Gift Exchange.

Please vote for one date that would work the best for you. If there are multiple dates that would work, vote for the one that works the best and then make a post stating the other dates you are available.

Please keep this thread to date discussions only. For other questions/comments about this event please use the current planning thread.

    Hope everyone can make it!

Since this poll was getting a bit unruly, I've started a new poll to duke it out between the 2 most popular dates. Please re-vote (or vote for the 1st time) using the "Round 2" poll.

I think our January calendar is pretty open right now. Tom won't know his schedule until much closer to the date, but he could always request that day off. January 7th. is my Russian Orthodox Christmas. When's Winterfest?

    WinterFest is January 22nd.
I almost didn't put that date in the poll, but then I figured (although it would be a full day) WinterFest is usually in the morning/afternoon and this would probably be in the late afternoon/evening.

I'm also not exactly clear how long bowling lasts, but I figured this would be worth doing a group re-make for if it happened to conflict.

If the FF Regional dinner is going to be held in Rochester, those of us with longish commutes, say from Canada (saw the invitation posted on the Toronto board) would probably prefer a Saturday, especially if they have to work on Monday morning.

Myself, Drogon, and Raef from SCJ won't be able to show if it's Saturday the 14th, as it's Raef's birthday and we have other commitments. Tenatively, other dates should be fine.
