3D modeler needed

Well, as the AoY nears completion (lol) there's one last thing that could make this movie pop and that's a good transport sequence.

Y'see, a group of students need to get from one planet to the planet that they're going to school on and for that they need a transport.

Wanted:
-Spaceport scene (outside shot) zooming in a bit just to focus on the building
-Transport leaving the spaceport and into the sky
-MAYBE a shot of the transport zipping off into hyperspace
-Transport coming in and heading towards Dantooine
-Bluescreened background of the transport landing

I have concept drawings of the spaceport (and the city/area around it) and of the shuttle. So if anyone could lend a hand, you would be the man.

What programs do you have to create this film of yours?

I only ask because before someone puts the time and effort into creating the requested sequences for you, he/she should know whether or not his/her efforts are actually going to be used and implemented into a project.

 

Trust us, TAC, it WILL be used. This is pretty much all we're waiting on to finish this blasted thing.

After Effects 5.5
Premiere ?
Photoshop 7
VideoStudio 5

 

You asked for a 3d modeler (not animator). From this I would infer that you intended to take the custom model (which one of us would presumably build for you) and animate it yourself. I was asking what program you would be using for animation? Since you were looking for a modeller, not an animator.

For example, I use Lightwave 7. Others use Maya, 3ds Max, Softimage, Blender, Animation Master, Poser, Electric Image, among others.

Were you looking for an animator or a modeler?

Doh! Sorry, I meant animator...it's just I was messing around with Jedi Outcast and my mind was off somewhere else on models and skins and stuff.

Anyhoo, I do have a little experience in RayDream Studio 5 (it's really really old) but not enough experience...I can make a sphere...and light it...

But yes, I do have storyboards and concepts as I said in my first post.

 

I'll help you out if you can't find anyone better. Just pm me with the info you need beyond what is listed and I'll send you a quick render of what I can do.
