How do you add footage to 3D studio max and then place 3d objects in it? After that how do you export the final footage? thx!

PS - Hopefully keeping it at top quality throughout

sorry I don't think I have the manual. If I did I lost it "sigh", or if it's on the computer I can't find it. I checked the tutorials and help files but there's absolutely nothing there about it!.. (weird)

You don't know if you got the manuals? There should be several volumes. If I payed the $3000 for studio max (or $400-$800 for student version) I'd make darn sure the manuals were shiped with it.

What you are basically asking is... well.. everything. How to make 3D objects, video post, etc.

    norm . . . .
I guess you're not getting the point, but it's okay.

Look, when you load up 3D Studio Max, click HELP at the very top.
There you will find a link to all sorts of tutorials - including video post and such.

IN the alternative, there are a lot of books on 3D Studio Max available at your local big-chain bookstore
(i.e. Borders, Barnes & Noble, etc.)

If you lost the manual, maybe you could dig out your valid registration number and give Discreet a call.
I'm sure their customer service department would be all but too happy to help a valued customer. ;)

So the "Broadcast designs" tutorials are missing? Try tutorial #21 & #22
