3PO repeats himself!

I just noticed that in Jedi 3PO says "Exciting is hardly the word I would use." to R2 when they're hiding in the woods on Endor.

In Clones he said it to R2 when they get ready to take off from Tatooine.

Am I just really late to the party on that one?

Are you sure? I can't recall C3PO saying that at all. I thought he said something along the lines of "I'm not afraid, it's just I've never flown before"

 

Maybe it was Ep1 then. I remember him saying it somewhere along the lines in those two films.

 

not that they would ever reapeat any thing in star wars ("its not my fault", "i have a bad feeling about this"...) how many death stars were there again?

 

I don't think he said that in AOTC.

 

Now I'm second guessing myself. Was it when they left Tatooine (and why was he on the ship anyway, wouldn't he be better served on Tatooine????) or, when they left the ship on Geonosis to find Padme and Anakin?

 

AOTC: He says he is carrying a message from an Obi Wan kenobi. Does that name mean anything to you?

Well, it does seem that GL likes to us reoccuring themes/dialog.

 

He doesn't say that in ANH. All you have to do is actually watch the movie and you'll see that he doesn't repeat himself at all.

 

Now, Bib. Where's the fun in watching the movies?

 

I'm aware of the fact that I don't have the power to force you guys to be polite to one another, but really, Bib. I wish you wouldn't do that, especially in a forum that's generally as pleasant as CT.

Honest misconception though.
