What: 3rd Annual Northeast Regional Holiday Party
When: Date TBD (either January 20 or 27)
Where: Buffalo Wild Wings
5433 Transit Road
Williamsville, NY 14221

Time: 2pm with gift exchange around 4pm.

Location and Food We will have an area reserved for us to mingle, eat, have fun, and celebrate the holiday together. There is also a bar inside for anyone who is interested.

Due to the nature of this venue, there will be NO UP FRONT COST per person, as in previous years. You will be able to order off the regular menu when we arrive (they have NO private room, but can and will hold rows of tables for parties.) Children are welcome in the facility. There MAY be NFL / NHL games playing on the TV monitors.

Directions from Rochester/Syracuse:

- Take 90 West toward Buffalo.
- Exit at #49 Transit Rd/ Depew
- Turn LEFT (North) onto Transit Rd.
- Go past Regal Cinemas, Eastern Hills Mall, and Wal Mart all on your right
- Buffalo Wild Wings is on the right side of the road across from Target and Wegmans.

If you are coming from any other area, please PM me for directions. Directions are the same for everyone once you get to Exit 49.

Gift Exchange: Gifts should be no more than $10 and meant for male or female guests. This is NOT a white elephant exchange (no joke gifts) Rule of the gift exchange will be as follows: Bring a gift and get a gift. You do not need to participate in the gift exchange if you do not want to. We'll draw numbers to see who goes first.
