surely a 3 mini series plus a 1 shot make that a 4 series????

 

I LOVE there being a comic prelude.
I see there being a connected 3 issue story, with the 4th likely following another character or 'side' of the story disconnected from the narrative of the mini. That makes sense.

 

("Rouge" instead of "Rogue" is so incredibly widespread... If I'd had a nickel every time I fixed that particular case of misspelling on Wookieepedia, I would own Lucasfilm today. Oh, and there were those people who kept asking questions about "Ahsoka's trail." I did'nt know she got married.)

 

Do we know the creative team behind this?

Awesome to see the next movie getting a lead-in. This is like Labyrinth of Evil, but in comic form. With the future movies not likely to be shrouded in secrecy like The Force Awakens was, here's hoping that this is a trend that will continue.

 

So it seems we won't have to wait till December to see some serious a Rogue One stuff like TFA. I suspect we'll also have much more info by then to be familiar with these characters (if it even focuses on the movie characters remains to be seen, of course).

Very excited about this! Now can we get a trailer already?! We got a TFA trailer 13 months before the movie came out.

 

I hope the Rogue One mini and one-shot set the movie up as well as the TFA mini and one-shot did!

 

Well, "Rouge" is French for "Red," and Rogue Squadron had its origins as Red Squadron at the Battle of Yavin, so... it kind of works?

 

Yes, but I doubt all perpetrators of this misspelling know French.

If Baz Luhrmann did a SW movie, I would sure as hell watch it too.

 

That'd be epic. But has he ever done anything other than musicals or period pieces? So do we know the creative team yet or just the bare essentials.....like bare, bare lol?
