6 Months Ago Today

that's right, exactly 6 months ago today i broke the nasty habit of smoking cigarettes. after 13 years of smoking i quit...

and with a lot of help from my family, friends, and you my JC homies i've been able to truly become a non-smoker, i have almost no desire to smoke at all now.

so... like congratulate me or something!

also, today is my youngest son's 3rd birthday...

thanks guys! yeah, quitting was pretty tough, but the first two weeks to a month were really the toughest. it's been all down hill since then.

yeah this was like my 4th or 5th time trying to quit. i'm just glad i finally did and got it over with.
