One of my favorite moments from his career is when his piece "Isn't She Lovely" was chosen as the closing music for Michelle Obama's 2008 Convention speech. It was a wonderful, crowning moment.
I'm surprised Will Smith wasn't in attendance getting jiggy with it. But yes, Wonder's early 70s work is his best IMO. I just love this funky sound to this. Love the horn section arrangement too. Love that it kicks in after the first half of first verse. Gives the song time to get going and then kicks in. One of my all time faves:
