Chic, IL 93 Days...and counting....to Celebration III

Countdown threads really annoy Bosh...
so...I figured I would start another...

93 days to the opening of Celebration III

92 days to when I head to Indy...

let me have it....where have I errored in the count...

 

Where are you staying at celebration 3, i got a room at the Marriot, kinda spendy on the per night basis, why isnt there a motel 6 connected to the convention center or a red roof inn?

 

Okay, that one I didn't need to see... I still have four costumes and two barabel tails to make... And I have slightly more than 90 days

 

lol....yeah....I have a few costumes in the unfinished state myself....

I will be staying at the Embassy Suites...and trust me....there ain't anything cheap that is attached to the Convention Center....

 

Suh-Weet! The RMFF will be @ the Imperial Suite as well!

soooooo many projects to complete before CIII
....sooooo little time....

 

Oiy! Tell me about it... I haven't even started the costumes or the final mock-up of my Mouse Droid

 

lol...and now there are only 81!

In addition to adding two new undertunics to my stash of Jedi....I am also working on a "Charity Jedi" costume for The Jedi Assembly...we are awaiting permission to sell raffle tickets at our fan table at CIII....we have picked out three charities to divide the proceeds between....and hope that we will be able to raffle the costume off...if we are not able to sell tickets...we are going to give it away on the last day of CIII to some lucky winner....

I also have a Barriss Offee about 80% done...and can't seem to get the rest of the way to 100%

 

Man, this count down is gonna be the death of me

Between putting in 60 hours weeks at work and X-Wing restoration, time for my own projects has been pretty limited

 

That is an awesome charity idea. I hope you all get the okay.

I hope we can....who knows...I will continue forward in making the Charity Jedi....I used a natural raw silk for the outer tunic, tabards and sash...so it ain't a cheapie...

 

Hey whats up fellow Chicago Star Wars fans, ive never gone to any of the previous Star Wars Celebrations(I&II), im looking forward for the experience for the 3rd and final one,Im planning to drive there, i drive a Lincoln Navigator, and could fit quit a lot of people,for those who have big rooms reserved, anyone willing to share,of course ill pay my part,let me know, there's gonna be some badd ass parties thrown on those four days, thanx

Celebration III will be the place to be if you are a Star Wars fan...you will love it...

Parties....sure....it will probably be one BIG party....
