I just got the last two figures I needed from the first batch this past week....
the only figures i ahve from burger king is vader/anakin and the falcon. but now i want padme and r2d2. the watches are cool. i wouln't mind having the vader/anakin and obi/maul ones. only thing is, all the burger kings near me have closed down (oak forest & orland). i guess i can always go to dex's neighborhood!
i have the toys and blow up vader from last time, maybe a 9 foot jar jar this time for the roof?
you got a "blow-up" vader????
Geez even I wouldnt go that far
I would, the funny thing is there was really only one way to get one of those things.....and I wouldn't put it past Leslie! LMAO
when does this promotion start?
I was just starting to lose the weight I gained after the last one!
ref.....when does promo start?
uh......seems unclear on exact date, but promo is tied to the ROTS-DVD release,
also, it says this about the watches,
Look for the Destiny Watches, which will be available for $1.99 with the purchase of any Adult Value Meal, and the free with Kids Meal Super-D saga figures starting November 7 and running through December 11, or while supplies last.
Diets!, We don't need no stinkin Diets!
Texxun - they closed the BK at 159th & Central?
closed the one at 183rd and Harlem too?
159th and Central--Oak Forest--CLOSED
183rd and Harlem--Tinley Park--CLOSED
Rt. 83 and Harlem--Palos Heights--CLOSED
159th and Harlem--Tinley/Orland--CLOSED
Looks like they paid out the @$$ for the Star Wars Liscensing rights. If you have to close half your chain for the right give away toys.......
I didn't even notice...
cause I usually don't eat at Burger King...
I do have the one across the street from where I work...
the only ones open down here are 159th in markham and cicero in crestwood.
I thought I heard November was the start date, and they are selling timepieces...OK watches for $1.99.
dex: 183rd and harlem is not closed. i was there today.
cool.....I stopped into the one on 183rd and Harlem for the last ones...
there are a couple very "enterprising" employees there...
