Watched Superman Returns the other night. Decent story but didn't care for the ending for some reason. Jacen had tons of questions, "Why did his planet blow up, what is the green stuff, how can he fly?"

I did notice Parker Posey right away, I loved her in Blade. I kept wondering when Chloe was going to walk in.

 

Is it bad that while watching Superman Returns I had more empathy for Lex Luthor than for Superman? I'm sorry, but the only reason that Brandon Routh got cast as Clark Kent/Superman is that he looks SO similar to Christopher Reeve. He had NO charisma, it was watching a log.

Sorry. just had to say it. =)

Parker Posey, though. She rocks.

I saw Pineapple Express. Pretty funny.

 

I finally had a chance to watch the whole thing. The beginning was a little slow for me, but the remainder was pure gold. Thanks to mercsailor for bringing this to my attention. .

I see it didn't take long for shirts to be available.

 

Michael Winslow (the sound effects dude from Police Academy movies) doing a Jimi Hendrix tribute (includes the Star-Spangled Banner about two minutes in).

I remember V, it was actually kind of scary sometimes (to an 11 year old). I'm interested to see what they can do with this. Good find, MT.

My Own Worst Enemy has been canceled. So much for that.

 

Any of you watch The Guild? Season 2 started today, streaming on XBox Live and MSN, and it is definitely entertaining.

 

I hadn't seen that yet, but just watched the first episode - not bad, I'll be checking out more.

Is Cyd Sherman the same girl who was in Dr. Horrible? Kinda looks/sounds like her, but I didn't look it up.
