Nope not shi-ido, they are blobs, she is human. She has been retconned as dathomari, you can see it in any official dictionary/encyclopedia.

 

Oddly enough I just finished the first Galaxy of Fear book, so I actually know what you're talking about!

 

So have we come to the conclusion that Anakin brought balance to the Force in ROTJ by destroying the real emperor which ensured the death of the cloned emperors with the help of his son, Luke? Remember, Luke destroying the clones could be seen as Anakin destroying the clones because Luke is Anakin's son.

 

How about this, Anakin restores the balance. However, Palpatine survives but is weaker now. The balaence is now shifted towards the light side. He is growing weaker by the day. He doesn't realize it. He is no longer the surpreme power in the universe. As to testing loyalties, Vader turned on him. I'd be paranoid too. If I remember, somwhere it was said that during the transfer to Byss, he was starting to go mad. Seems accurate to me.
