A book of mine

    I am wondering if anyone could give me some information about the book I have. It's the original Star Wars book written by George Lucas, but published before the movie came out (it says copyright 1976 inside), and has pictures on a black background in an insert. In the book Luke actually meets Biggs on Tatooine, along with his friends (Deak, Windy, Fixer, etc.)at Tosche Station. Is this the same as the book "A New Hope"?

    Yep. It's an adaptation of the screenplay, ghost written by Alan Dean Foster in attempt to get a little hype for a big summer 77 movie.
