A challenge idea

I know that there are quite a few challenges out there now, and I don't know if mine's any good, but I had an idea.

What it is: I would make three different titles, anyone wanting to participate could choose one, then write a story around that. There would be three winners, one for each title. Then an ultimate grand prize winner would be chosen from the trio. (Maybe a temporary VIPship for those people? Am I dreaming?) If successful it could be a recuring challenge.

Do I need Mod clearance for this? If so, can I get it please?
