Tim, Thistledown, has put together a wonderful Excel schedule with all the events and sent it to me. Feel free to download it and edit it to your likeing, or I've also saved it in HTML format if you just want to view it.

Thanks, man. But what do I open the Excel document with? Is ti a MicroSoft prog? I don't work with spreadsheets...

 

Microsoft Excel is what you'll need, though I think there's an Excel viewer available to download someplace. That's why I saved the files in HTML format, so you can still print them off. Only bother with the Excel file if you're wanting to make your own edits and whatnot.

Is there going to be a main entrance or can you enter in several different places.


I live in Indianapolis and I am comfortable with the Convention Center. But where do we enter and stuff....errrrr wait in line to enter.

The excel schedule isn't appearing on my excel. It downloads, excel opens and says raady but nothing appears. The other schedules are nice but how do I get them to print since they are so wide? Help!

Mirax, When it openned in Excel for me, it was to the far right, and I had to drag it to the middle to see it.

 

If you're using excel, I've forced the print formatting to print the page landscaped on a single page for each day....just hit print preview to see. Hope that helps some.

 

I didn't see a legend indicating what the different colors mean? I'm by no means complaining, becasue this schedule is GREAT, but what does each color mean?

 

Colors don't mean anything...he's using two different colors per color and alternating colors per column just so nothing blurs together.

 

Yep, I knew that. I was, umm, just making sure that everyone else understood that they don't signify anything.

Yes, colors are meaningless. I originally started with 1 color, and it was difficult to differentiate between two seminars that occurred one after another or one column next to another. Each column uses two alternating colors. It should print out ok in B&W as well for contrast.

If you are having problems viewing the Excel spreadsheet in a browser (and you have excel), try saving the file off and opening it with Excel instead of through Internet Explorer.

 

Oh my Lord!!! This is so perfect, thank you so much, now I can formulate a plan of attack for this weekend. Keeping to that plan is gonna be impossible. If I can do half of what I want to I will be happy!

I think the autograph section is going to be in the main exhibit hall.

Too bad that today's the day that my ink cartridge decided to run out. *sigh* Off to Staples....
