To fix that you should make sure that the scaling under your print menu is set to "fit 1 page" or something along that and not have it set to a percentage which so many of them are.

It may help if you download the .xls file and open it up in Excel and then print it, instead of printing from your browser.

For some reason, I'm only getting Friday's schedule in excel. I can't get Sat and Sunday. Can someone send me these files in excel?

Look at the bottom of your document. Mine has tabs for each day.

Nope, no tabs on excel. Actually, the only way I can view it is to click on print preview, then I can see Friday but no other day. Please Help!

    Thanks:)

I just downloaded it from the link to check it out. The tabs work fine. I'm using Excel 2002 from Office XP on both a mac (OS X) and a PC (Windows 2000). You should be able to view it from Excel 2000, but I haven't tested it. Excel 97 may or may not work. The tabs are in the bottom left of the spreadsheet. If you don't see them, it may be Excel covering them up. I noticed this problem on my mac when the spreadsheet was half the screen size. In that case, the sheet arrows still appeared at the bottom left looking like

    |< < > >|
    -1 2 3 4 (#'s not included in excel)

Try clicking the 3rd arrow and see if it advances the sheet.

for those of you who are having trouble viewing the excel version. try this one:

    excel '97 file - right click....save as.....

i took the original schedule and converted it to an excel 97 workbook. :D

let me know if it works for you.
