I'll chat with the wife and see what we can come up with.
Maybe we can mail stuff all at one time?

perhaps we can take up a collection at Watto's.

In the meantime, i've sent some $$ via PayPal. I imagine they need assistance right now!

The Swap Meet is not that long off. I suggest we put a "donation" jar out and allow our members and visitors to help if they can. Then we can send one package out with our other donated items.

Count me in. I don't think I have anything that would fit him or the kids but I would love to help any way I can.

I will be bringing some bags of clothes on Sat. We were going to donate anyway so why not "within the family."

Let me know when you plan on sending the stuff out.

I would ship what we have in smaller packages. It tends to be less expensive and we want them to know we are thinking of them right away. LMK how much shipping is so we can pitch in. The presidet should not have to incur all costs. Gift Cards might also be a good idea. That way they can get what they need. Clothes, food, etc. Target and Walmart has mostly everything they would need.

Great idea Jim. We should send some stuff out as soon as we can even it is smaller packages. The bags I will be bringing on Sat are pretty large. Clothes for men, ladies/girls, and boys. I know they don't have boys but a shirt is a shirt at this time.

Let's plan on bringing some cash to offset the shipping the charges. This way not one person is "stuck" with the whole thing ans we do it as a club for unity.

That's great you guys are working together on this!

With what was collected at Watto's, and what potentially will be a productive benefit from a B-day party on Feb 17th (host family requested that "in lieu" of birthday presents, guests make donations to Scott Rose and his family), a very good effort will have been made by us in this endeavor!
