hey guys i thought you should know that rachael is in the hospital she had a roller blade actsadent she hurt her spleen and crack the back of her head . she also has internal bleeding in her spleen . they stapled the back of her head to close it back up . some people found her knocked out on the floor . if they didnt find her she would have died. she at MCV hospital in the ICU unit.

 

Please let her know she is in our thoughts.

When she can accept visitors...we perhaps ought to visit in style!

Yeah I saw this over at Garrison. Sorry to hear that there was a trip to the hospital there but she shoulda known we were all pulling for her. I'm just glad it wasnt more serious than it coulda been. Helmets & Pads man!
