A minor issue with my post count

One idea we came up with to see if we can fix this minor issue with your post count is to reset it to zero and see if it continues. We believe that this reset to zero should fix the problem.

 

That sounds risky. Perhaps, o fearless leader, you could bravely test it on yourself first?

 

I suggest a manual pen-and-paper tally backup system for ensuring correct synch of posts with postcounts.

Groupings of 5 in the traditional manner will help with summation.

Having 49,000 les posts than Bib helps me sleep better at night. I sometimes go weeks without posting, though I check the board many times a day.

 

i think they take a while to register at that count Bib. I was about to click over to 2800 and it took a few minutes to account for it. i know my number is dwarfed by yours, but IM STILL PROUD DURNITT

So I was looking at my post count just now, because I wanted to see how close I was to 55000. It said I had 54998. I went out and posted in a thread, and checked my post count again, but it still said 54998.

I have no idea what my post count even is. It could 100,000, it could be 10.

I could very easily believe that Bib has an extra 10,000 posts that weren't counted. Sure seems like it.
